The apartment is in a gated community with security 24/7. The unit is two floors. Well illuminated, good bathroom, elegant decorations with a touch of antique objects. Very close to Culhuacan. Great place.

The place was better then expected. All comforts at the top. Two TVs, new washing machine and everything that you need. Carmen, the host is super available, precise and takes the maximum care of the apt. The location is great and I really had a good time there. Highly recommended. Great value

Spacious, modern and well-equipped 2 bedroom/3 full bath apartment within a short walking distance of many great restaurants in Roma Norte! Very comfortable and welcoming!

Simple, welcoming and functional, I love the nautical club for the access to the lake and the pool, the place is spacious and on the first floor, which is great because it does not get hot as in upper floors, everything was very clean. Thank you

Everything was super good, Diana's attention was very pleasant and she always responded to what we needed. It's hot weather so the private jacuzzi is amazing and with the view more.

The house is very accessible to enter, the rooms, the living areas and the pool very parent. The living room is missing washing and the kitchen a little more cooking utensils. Everything else is great and Nancy's service is very good.

Excellent attention, always attentive to everything, the lady who helps very helpful. The only thing I can say about the house is that the bathrooms smelled like a sewer and if the door was left open, the room would stink. The house was in good condition, amenities, nice view, comfortable for several people, there are no shops nearby so it is better to buy everything before not to complicate, part of the access is from terraceria but it is not difficult to reach following the GPS. We really liked the place and had a great time. There is always someone attentive to what is needed regarding the services of the house and amenities, such as boiler themes, jacuzzi, boat services, etc.

Excellent house with access to the lake, a very comfortable place to rest, you can hire a boat for water skiing, kayaking, jet skiing, swimming in the lake, a very nice garden to relax and a beautiful terrace! The rooms and kitchen are all perfect to make the most of the stay! I took my dogs and they were very happy! I also had help from Lily and Chuy with cooking and cleaning, and they were very friendly and helpful!

The place is beautiful and the garden is very large. I loved the private beach to access the lake, in addition, the service of all the staff who work there is excellent, very reliable and efficient. We will definitely be back! 100% recommended

Cristian is an excellent host, extraordinary communication, always very attentive to my needs. The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and pleasant, as shown in the photos. It has a nice view and you can make use of the place's amenities. The pool is heated, so it was nice even though it was December. Communication with the host was very good and always helpful. We had to give full names and details of the cars we were in because the entrance is very controlled, although the entrance staff were always friendly and we could be coming in and out at any time. Also, keep in mind that you need to be very clear about the check-in and check-out times, as the hosts are the ones who give you access. A good place to stay.
