Every detail was thought out with great care, which made all the difference in the experience. Privileged location. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, hospitals and restaurants. The availability of a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an excellent differential for us. Modern TVs and refrigerator, fast internet, air-conditioning in both environments. Also, your attention, sympathy, and readiness to help with any questions made everything even better. It's rare to find such helpful hosts! It was an excellent experience, the look of the apartment for a forest left me delighted and at peace.

The apartment is very spacious, it has many household utensils, I just missed an air fryer and a coffee bottle, the rest had a lot! I really liked the accommodation, it's next to the pool, with a beautiful view of an arm of the Preguiça river, a very quiet, clean and organized condominium! For sure would return again!

Excellent place, excellent location, because it is in an intersection region for any region I wanted to go. Ana Paula is an amazing host, she made me feel comfortable with everything, the apartment was even more amazing than the photos, it exceeded my expectations in everything! A 5-star hotel would not have done better than the accommodation was for me! Thank you Ana Paula, incredible experience and I will return many times with my daughters. I highly recommend it, especially if you go with family, they will love the place!!

Very good space and very cozy…

Camila's apartment was much better than in the photos! Very spacious, ventilated, well located and clean. I recommend it and would definitely stay again! There were 5 of us and the apartment accommodated us perfectly, all bathrooms with suites. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. In addition to Camila, super helpful and quick to respond.

Vinícius was always willing to help with whatever I needed, even before the reservation because I was from another state and told that I would pass by until I got a flight, he said it was far from the airport, but I already knew the region that was close to my girlfriend's house, very helpful, I recommend to everyone

the accommodation was wonderful. the staff welcomed us. complied with our requests (changing the water bottle, towels, etc.). We arrived at 10am and she let us stay in another property until the time of check in. everything wonderful.

Our stay was great! We stayed 4 days, the place had everything we needed, the kitchen is super complete, although it has only a minibar, it was able to store everything we need and cooled well! Everything was clean, smellsy and organized! The hosts are very kind, welcoming, they were flexible with our arrival, they were ready for any need! The place is super spacious, with a large area with shared pool, and very quiet, we feel at home!

Very quiet place. Even better than it looks in the photos. Good location, about 20 minutes at most from anywhere in Belém. Close to two large markets, pharmacies, the Pedreira fair, as well as several restaurants and cafes nearby. And best of all, a cool place, considering it's in Belém.

Bruno was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. He made everything easier! He gave us directions and requested the purchase of the gallon of water before our arrival. The condominium is located a few minutes from downtown by car. There is a taxi station that always goes to pick up passengers easily. Tour companies also pass by the condominium, which makes it very easy. The condominium has access to the Preguiça River, which is very calm and peaceful. the house needs some minor repairs and a boost in cleaning, but it didn't hinder the experience at all. the air conditioning in all the suites worked super well and the bedding was in order. the bath towels were provided and were good too. the kitchen supported us for breakfast and was great with the sandwich maker, there's even an air fryer. I thought it was a great value for the money and I hope to return more often.

I am in love with Belém. I loved the city and the food is wonderful. As for the apartment, I loved it and Ernesto gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, I loved it. Quiet street, safe building with 24-hour concierge.
