The apartment is exactly as described, super comfortable and organized. The river view is beautiful, five minutes walk to the center. I'll recommend it to my friends, it was really worth it.

I highly recommend it! The house is perfect, as beautiful as the ad. Very well equipped and spacious. 4 bedrooms with en-suites and all with air-conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There is air in the living room and also in the barbecue area. All the spaces are comfortable, well-equipped and air-conditioned, we feel at home! There is also a pool on the ground floor and a balcony on the second floor, great for relaxing! The condominium is delightful, very beautiful, in the middle of nature and bordering the Preguiças River. We really enjoy being connected to nature, it also has a swimming pool, pig, courts and concierge. We really liked the location, although it's not right in the riverside area, it's very close, we walked every day and it was super peaceful. So, we thought it was great, because it is in a quiet area, away from the noise, but super close to restaurants and shops. Isabella was great, from the beginning she answered all our questions and during the stay she was always available for what we needed! 🥰

The accommodation was impeccable, Almeida always proactive to help us and always responded to our needs, the house is very beautiful, served all of us and also with all the necessary utensils, the perfect rooms, with air conditioning, which was simply what caught the attention! Gleiciane's place is exactly as advertised! The bed and bath linens are extremely fragrant, everything is very organized and clean. Great location and you can walk to Ver-o-peso and the Docas station. We felt at home. It was an excellent experience! The hostess always responded quickly. Nothing to complain!

The condo is located next to the new bridge, which gives access to the Lençóis Maranhenses National Park. It is an excellent convenience, as on the return of the tour to the lagoons it was not necessary to face the "traffic" of the town center. In addition, it has a swimming pool, barbecue and a pier that has an excellent view of the Preguiças River. The shower is excellent, strong water jet and various temperatures. The guest can choose the one that pleases them the most. The apartment has several dishes and appliances. For those interested in cooking, you will find several household utensils.

Local City exceeded expectations. It is easy access and close to just about everything a tourist is looking for. Rafael always ready and proactive to support whatever was necessary... I recommend it without a doubt.

Tany's place is super clean and organized and very but very cozy. The village needed this refuge and her little house brought this welcome. The view of the beach is beautiful,the coastal avenue has plenty of restaurants,cafes, outdoor activities,already on the avenue of the Dutch about 10 minutes from the building,you can find market,pharmacy,shopping malls,gyms,all very close too. Great location for those who like to walk because everything is close. Tany was requested and quick in the replies every time I need to get in touch. Finally, São Luiz is a jewel,a beautiful place!
