Great apartment, accommodated us very well and with great location. All working perfectly well and great linen and bath towels. I suggest that in the next cleaning they pay special attention with sanitary water to the toilets that had a bad odor since we arrived. We were with two teenagers who loved the building and mainly because it was close to the Capim Dourado mall! We will definitely come back again and again!

The apartment is very spacious, it has many household utensils, I just missed an air fryer and a coffee bottle, the rest had a lot! I really liked the accommodation, it's next to the pool, with a beautiful view of an arm of the Preguiça river, a very quiet, clean and organized condominium! For sure would return again!

The apartment is very functional and is in a quiet condominium. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description, access to the condominium was smooth and the concierge staff were very attentive. The region has a restaurant, snack bar and shops.

Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. I have been to Belém several times, but I have never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as in the photos - clean, organized, comfortable and with a great location. The bed is super comfortable, the Wi-Fi works well and the atmosphere is quiet, perfect for resting. Communication with the host was quick and thoughtful from start to finish. Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!
