The apartment is well located, clean and organized, ideal for those looking for practicality. Communication with the host was great throughout the stay. The only point that could improve is maintenance: during my stay, the shower and TV did not work, which was especially lacking because it was winter. Otherwise, I had a good experience!The bedroom door has no key.

My note is a thousand ❤️❤️❤️ Divone a darling , we felt at home , we went to the beach on foot , we don't even need a car . Located in the center of Maragogi , I highly recommend it .

I loved the location, you can walk where the shops work at night, close to the bakery, grocery store, pharmacy. The apartment is super tidy and organized. Loved it 👏👏🥰

Everything was great, from the friendliness of the hostess Fabia to the reserved space. The apartment was great, it served me, my wife and two children well. The surroundings have plenty of restaurants. The beach is right out front. Everything was spectacular. I'd come back other times.

The stay was great, the attention to detail is perfect, the breakfast basket was a delicious surprise, each day the fruits varied as well as the cake, muffin, the salt bread and the coffee attended every day, everything very tasty. It's really standing on the sand, a quiet and stunning beach.

Very good stay, well located apartment, to do everything on foot. All equipped, I just missed a couscous tree, and more lighting in the room for the night. But otherwise very good, I recommend!

Exceptional accommodation. Ismaíla was extremely attentive, polite and solicitous, including authorizing us to leave after checkin time. The apartment is super beautiful, tidy, linen and fresh towels. The only point of improvement is the shower, which does not heat up and the water is not directed. I will come back for sure

The apartment is very nice, as seen in the photos, we were also able to enter when our flight arrived and they received us with a ten. It is in a very good location with all the services nearby and inside the unit we have all the necessary elements during the stay. Highly recommended and I hope to return soon. Luana's Flats are new, the utensils and appliances are impeccable, and the place even has a swimming pool and a barbecue. There is a local business nearby, a gas station, a pharmacy, snack bars and a kiosk with structures to spend a pleasant day. For those looking for a more lively night, it is recommended that you have a vehicle available or use a taxi, as the center of Maragogi is far from the place. Finally, happy and satisfied in choosing the place for my accommodation, I felt at home and highly recommend the services offered by Luana.

All very clean, smells and organized! I don't understand these comments saying it's dirty. Air-conditioned house even in the living room. Clean pool, gourmet area. You can leave without fear! Township close to the beach. EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND ORGANIZED!
