The island is captivating and the friar's den is just charming! Full of beautiful decorations from the village artisans and with everything you might need. Maria Amelia was very attentive, as were Poliana and Rodolfo, who helped me with anything I needed. I look forward to returning.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

All wonderful. We'll be back. I only recommend investing a little time to improve the. Shower that has low pressure and put a stone or something similar in the pool shower because bathing in the grass is not very comfortable. The small problems we had were solved with agility and promptness. I came back with friends and family. Besides, the region is beautiful.

The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sônia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a love of person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is exactly as described — clean, organized and very cozy. Comfortable and all environments well cared for. A paradise close to everything. Extremely attentive and helpful host, always available to help with whatever was needed. Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

The apartment is perfect, functional and much more beautiful and spacious in person! Renata is an excellent host, always very helpful and caring to us! She spoiled us, made sure our children were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay! For our baby, there was a crib and a high chair! For our older guests, we have karaoke and a TV with various movie apps. The kitchen is complete! We cook every day and every meal and we don't miss anything! In fact, we were graced with a collaborator appointed by Renata who was an angel to us, took care of everything in the house and even cooked wonderfully well. The condominium is complete, with very well-kept and extremely clean areas! Beautiful and delicious pool with a view of the condominium beach that is a dream and a spectacle in itself, calm, warm, a natural pool that beats many well-known beaches! We left the condominium for just one day and regretted it! We are already planning to return to this incredible place

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

100% accommodation. Alessandro's space is fully compliant with the advertisement. The location is privileged, two blocks from the “chair”, in the center of Ponta Verde. I highlight the quality of the room: extremely comfortable bed, with clean and well-maintained bed linen, spacious and clean wardrobe, AC working perfectly, in fact everything worked, from hair dryer to laundry. In short, the space we seek on the platform, with honest communication and good value for money. Ah… the 24-hour concierge is a differential in relation to security, although the area is very quiet.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The stay was perfect. Laércio always helpful. Super comfortable bed, very good air-conditioning. The apartment has many uses, which shows that everything was thought out in every detail. Coffee maker and powder already available, cold mineral water now available, iron, hairdryer, kit with most used medications, up to sewing line. Very suitable and clean space. I didn't miss anything. The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Amei, everything very perfect. The ap is much more beautiful than in the picture. The view is really incredible. A liz left a portable crib for my baby. I loved it!! It really helped. New Ap, everything clean, everything nice. We had no inconvenience and no difficulty. Gratitude, we will definitely be back.
