There is a $50 fee, resort charges,to bring in your own boat, parking for boat in 72 hour parking lot.

This property is unique as it’s in Jacob’s Creek cove on LKT where boat and jet ski traffic is little to none. The cove also has a nature preserve where you’ll see wood ducks fly in, blue herons raise their chicks each year, ospreys hunt in the evening and you can kayak to see beavers!

Every bed and pillow is fully encased for hygiene. All comforters are duvet style that are washed between each guest. -2 Kayaks and 3 Paddleboards and a lily pad -Private dock with pontoon lift.
