This was our 5th year coming to this home to celebrate the end of the school year. Belinda is wonderful and so responsive. We love Murphys and the Capelli House!

Great time here, Jeff and Nicole are co hosts and live near the property and are extremely helpful and responsive. Beautiful home. My family brought our boats to take to lake Don Pedro, easy to tow in and out of the property.

My second stay here and it does not disappoint. This place is quiet and secluded but near anything you might want to jaunt to in either Lodi or Stockton. My trip was for relaxation, sleep, and just personal downtime. There is some freeway noise, but only if you are outside. Inside, quiet as a mouse. On this trip, the lights in the kitchen were out. Gary was prompt to respond, came to fix them (a darn breaker flipped) which took no time at all, and was extremely aware and respectful of me in the space. Top notch service, in deed. I camped in front of the fireplace my entire stay. I picked up groceries from Raleys in Stockton, and was able to cook all my meals and dined with the very pretty stoneware that nicely matches the cottage vibe. I did not go outside much as this was a peace-and-quiet kind of trip, but the yards (front and back) are quite inviting. Even a stroll in the vineyard is nice. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

We had a very comfortable stay at Mimi's cottage. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed for a great stay.

This place is an oasis overlooking the lake!! Not only is the house super adorable but the deck a view is a that allows to appreciate nature!! A Perfect Getaway at Happy Hollow! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Happy Hollow in Murphys, California, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth by the owner who had come by to make a repair. The property is well maintained and offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially loved the outdoor space, complete with a lovely patio and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee, yard games and evening relaxation. Location-wise, Happy Hollow is conveniently situated near local wineries and charming shops in Murphys. We took advantage of the walk ability and never got in our car through the weekend. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home, lovely yards great location! We had a great 4 nights here. The city park is right next door. The downtown area is an easy walk away. Lots of wine tasting, cute shops and delicious restaurants are available for your enjoyment. Anna's home reminds me of an English cottage. the front yard and walkway is filled with a lovely array of flowers. the backyard is full of trees and shrubs and ivy. There is a gazebo and a fireplace for relaxing. The inside of the cottage is very homey. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this area.

Great place to stay in Murphys! Enjoyed the walk downtown to the ice cream and the river. Great spot to have the furry friends with us. The large secured back yard made it very comfortable to have our english lab and germam shepherd dog join us!

Thanks Fred for a great stay. The apartment was well stocked for a few days stay. Large living space, patio, and bathroom. The location had a nice view as well. We would be happy to stay again.

We were there for our granddaughters graduation. We loved staying at condo and will hopefully stay there again It’s a great place.

Really enjoyed our quick overnight stay at Fred's place. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We saw a family of deer the moment we pulled up. We would come back and stay longer to really enjoy the amenities.

The owners couldn't be easier to work with. Communication and check in were extremely easy. The pool , the deck and the balconies makes the outdoor space easily useable for fun and meals. The backyard is serene : trees, river, deer, turkeys ...

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. Great property, beautiful views, loved that each room had its own bathroom, spacious lounge and kitchen. We ate a meal at the golf course restaurant which was good. Also visited Murphy’s, Angels Camp, the Calaveras State Forest and the New Melonies Marina…. Lots to see and do. Would happily recommend this property.
