Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Stanislaus River

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We were in need of temporary housing due to a flood in our home in LA, so we decided to head to Ripon for the holidays to be near family. Randi’s place was perfect for our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was meticulously maintained and clean. All of the furniture and linens were very high quality and comfortable. The house smelled and looked brand new on the inside and out. Randi was a great host and checking in and out was easy. My kids appreciated that there was a toy box with toys, books, and games in the “kid room.” The home was very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and serene, with a cute coffee shop and a few restaurants across the street for our convenience. I’d give ten stars if I could. We loved our visit and will absolutely come back the next time we visit family in Ripon!

Great experience with Marjorie and her place was perfect for our family stay during a softball tournament weekend. The pool/spa was relaxing and we could tell how much thought and time goes into making the home a comfortable and unique place to stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. Loved the wraparound porch and inside decor. The furniture and style of the home made it look very modern and fancy. Plenty of bathroom for all the guest and especially enjoyed the neighborhood cats. I highly recommend others trying this spot especially if you like walking to near by restaurants and bars.

We had such a great experience staying here! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The space had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable. Perfect for my little nephew to run around in the back yard. The location was perfect quiet and relaxing but still close to everything we needed. And the host Lizett was absolutely fantastic very friendly, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

The Shepherd House is the perfect place with-in walking distance to our family, downtown restaurants, shopping and more! Very clean with beautiful decor. The time period materials used in the renovation were perfect! The backyard was a great place to relax after a busy day. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Emily was a great host and very responsive to all questions. We will definitely be back!

This is a lovely space, very roomy, clean and convenient. The view from the kitchen is beautiful and it is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. I booked it to explore Yosemite, which is about an hour and 15min or so to the entrance. It’s a beautiful drive, and there is also so much to explore in Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. The Gold Rush history of this area is fascinating to me, and this is a perfect basecamp for nature hikes and historical sightseeing. Michele is super helpful, responsive, and gave me excellent suggestions of things to do and even an ideal itinerary for my four days there. Highly recommend.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

This little house was perfect! I stayed here for the weekend because my Daughter was getting married close by. It was the perfect place to get some much needed rest after spending a couple of long days getting everything ready. Melissa was great at communicating and gave clear info on checking in and out. Definitely would stay here again!

The place was in a really nice area wasn’t too far from shops and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet which is nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone stopping by the city

Cute little cabin, as pictured. Quiet and peaceful. Check in was a breeze. It was perfect for the night. I would definitely come back.

Home is beautiful! Stairs are gorgeous! Matches pictures. Lots of space. Upstairs bed very comfortable. I can not sleep on hard beds. Queen bed was more firm. There were 2 roll away beds as well. Sink in upstairs bathroom is really pretty. My teenage grandson enjoyed the ping pong table and my 4 year old loved the toys. They also enjoyed the trampoline. It is a very peaceful area. There was no noise at night. I can't sleep with noise either. We live in a wooded area that is pretty secluded so we don't have noise and that is what we are used to. John gave good instructions on finding the place. He was very nice. It was hot when we were there but the air conditioning worked great! Kitchen was spacious. Easy check in. Just a really pretty house. We enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. They supplied everything we needed from Snacks to shampoo 😂!

Had an amazing time! unfortunately we only stayed for a night. It was a perfect getaway for us and our doggies. Loved how it was right next to the river and had a fire pit. Would definitely come again! The hosts helper, Lucky, is an amazing person! If I had a question she would respond right away! and very accommodating ❤️

This cabin in nature has been everything I was hoping for. Traveling alone, I have been feeling very safe. It is a cozy, comfortable, and quiet space. Helmin and her husband are very kind and caring. Additionally, I love their dog too. I will be back for sure.

I have had to Stay away from home regularly for the past two years. This has been my favorite stay by far. I am thrilled to have found this camp ground and cabins. Small, quiet and beautiful area. The town is the perfect small town Americana. The camp hosts are friendly and helpful. This will now always be the first place I check for availability if working anywhere in the area.
