We loved our stay at Sarah’s farmhouse! From the beautiful Connecticut landscape to the adorable farmhouse furnishings and decor, everything about it was amazing! Sarah has thought of every little detail to make her guests feel right at home. We would highly recommend staying here while traveling through this lovely area!

My girlfriends and I had a lovely stay at Mary & Jeff’s house. It is a gorgeous home and the craftsmanship to remodel the home is seen in every room. It is a bright, open home that is so relaxing to spend a long weekend there. 10-15 min drive to Rhinebeck. I’d highly recommend this gorgeous home and property for a Hudson Valley getaway! Everything about this stay was easy and relaxing!

The place was peaceful and lots of space for everyone to relax. I really liked that there was a bedroom that was private with den on the first floor that was great for older parents as stairs are a bit steep. We appreciated all the recommendations and well stocked for everything . It was larger than expected ted and perfect for 6 people reunion. We loved being able to walk to hiking trails and nit far from great restaurants.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

What a gorgeous stay. My partner and I celebrated our five year anniversary here and each detail was perfect. The home is wonderfully curated, with stunning art, decor, puzzles, plates, you name it! And by the window, the feeders attract all kinds of birds that I’ve never seen so up close. Woodpeckers, cardinals, chickadees. You hardly need the TV, it’s so entertaining. The place is spotless and serene. And Rosy is so responsive while giving you complete privacy! You can tell she really cares about the experience she provides. If you’re looking to stay in an artfully cozy home, this is the place.

Olga's beautiful modern house in Upstate New York is a real gem nestled near a wild forest. The spacious house offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the area. The location offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, with plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Olga was a fantastic host – incredibly responsive and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself is stunning, with modern amenities and stylish decor. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this Airbnb!

We lived in the Hudson Valley before retiring to Maine. For the past 4 years, Sarah and Jonathan’s home has provided the perfect spot for return visits with family and friends and a comfortable place away from home. The house is tastefully decorated and provides all that we require for an extended stay. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils, dishware, pans, and a large assortment of appliances. A special feature in the home is the lower level room with a huge wrap-around couch, large screen tv and toys for the kids. In addition, the grounds are beautiful. The outside deck allows for time to enjoy the gorgeous view and the large yard is fun for romps with our little Havanese. Being close to the town is an added bonus: The Tribute Gardens, Marona’s Market, the little French restaurant (Cafe Les Beaux), Stewart’s for ice cream, The Merritt Bookstore + Toystore, various antique shops are places we frequent. Innisfree Gardens and Dover Stone Church are nearby. We love it here!

Adrian’s place was absolutely lovely. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and easy to relax into. The new “hedge” separating the driveway and the side yard is lovely. Having nature all around is gorgeous and restorative. We’ll definitely return!

We loved our stay. They provided everything you need plus more. So comfortable, lovely ambiance and the sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We came on a rainy day and still had a great time. Location is 10/10. Loved the calmbucha. Highly recommend!

Val’s place was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. It was beautiful, inside and outside, and perfect for our family. My 2 year old was cutting teeth all night and I couldn’t have imagined a more comfortable place for us to muddle through outside our home. We even had a family “camp out” in the lovely living room in front of the fireplace. The instructions were perfectly clear with helpful visuals. I would recommend Val’s place to anyone needing to stay in the area or looking for a cozy retreat.

Wonderful stay and kind hosts. Definitely recommend. Art Omni, Bartlett House, Greenport Nature Preserve and Hudson are in good proximity.

Katherine’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s in the center of town so it’s very walkable but peaceful at the same. You can’t ask for a cozier place to spend your time in Kingston!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Finally, an AirBnB where the air conditioners actually cooled the place down on a hot summer's day in Poughkeepsie! The kitchen is well appointed, the space is well-designed, clean, and has great energy. Lloyd is a total sweetheart; when we blew a circuit running too many hairdryers/hot brushes/the microwave etc., he came by and reset it for us right away, and we had a pleasant chat! The neighborhood is lovely, and getting in and out was a breeze. For a group of 4 girls on a budget, this was paradise on the Hudson. So grateful to be able to spend our early-summer getaway in such a welcoming home!

The Airbnb is on a small hill looking out towards a small pond and an open field. The sunset in particular was very nice. The home is in a very private location. Inside, the space was well decorated - simple yet tasteful. The space itself is on the smaller end but the decor opens up the space. Michael answered all questions within 24-hours. Easy to communicate with. Overall a good stay

I’ve visited many, many AirBNB’s over the years and Elisabeth and Ricky’s was one of the best. The accommodation is beautiful, it’s a lovely little converted flat above the garage, settled into the woods and garden. We were greeted by their corgi and by Elisabeth who both made us feel at home. We were able to wander their gardens, drink gin and tonics in the sun and generally make ourselves at home. A lovely couple and a highly recommended Airbnb.

Our stay here in Newburgh was lovely! This place was well-stocked, very very clean, fabulously eclectic, and spectacularly spacious! We loved having two restrooms and being so close to the river and to Hudson Taco!! As the Host mentions, do carefully consider how much you care about “neighbor noise.” While I brought slippers to kindly observe the “no shoes in the house” rule, the tenants above us rudely did not. We couldn’t hear voices, but the heavy footsteps kept us awake until 1 o’clock in the morning on a weeknight and woke us up at 6:30 AM on Saturday morning. The dog scampering around or crying and whining loudly every time it was left alone in the house was also hard to bear despite our bringing ear plugs. We would 100% stay again if Sarah would kindly have us. We’re sure to have more considerate neighbors next time. Thank you for creating such a lovely space at an affordable rate.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

The home was clean and had perfect amenities for my friends and I on our Catskills cycling trip. Was walkable to a morning breakfast spot, and ice cream at night. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Great Airbnb! Great Host! Perfect for visiting West Point

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!
