Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stafford Township

We loved this house! Super cute beach house in great location. Timothy was very friendly and helpful. We would totally stay here again!

The house was in great location to access the popular areas of LBI. The house was clean and perfect for the amount of people we had. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor was great to have for my handicapped mother.

Absolutely no complaints! This really treated our ten person group well!! Also the communication was great.

Katty was a fabulous host! She was easy to communicate with, was proactive in getting us all details needed for our stay, and was very friendly. The home was exactly as pictured and was the perfect place for two families of 4 to spend a week. We enjoyed having separate spaces to spend time- the game room and movie room worked especially well for our group. The accommodations were super welcoming. And the location right on the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking throughout the week and having lakeside coffee each morning. Katty left sweet touches- snacks for the kids and the parents! She was also super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, ice cream, beach info, etc. We’d highly recommend spending time relaxing at Katty’s place!

This was a perfect house for a family wedding. Our group was 3 adult couples and we all had everything we needed. Kitchen and living room were spacious and all the bedrooms were large as well. The additional upstairs lounge area was also an additional hanging space, if needed. The deck and patio were lovely and really comfortable. The window AC’s worked great! I’d definitely recommend this home.

We had a great time staying in the home, the location is great, house is clean and view is amazing. The host really paid attention to detail to ensure we gad a great experience, they even left a small cake since I mention it was my wifes birthday! I highly recommend staying here

My family and I had a great experience here for our girls trip! It’s a very lovely house in a wonderful location and perfect distance from LBI! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and we all loved it! The views from the deck were my favorite! The house was equipped with everything we needed and we really felt at home the moment we walked inside! Yas and Dmitry were wonderful hosts and super responsive! We look forward to returning next summer! Thank you again!

Such a cute place on the bay! Very close to the beach and without having to be in LBI and more convenient as it is closer to quick food and grocery stores. Place was exactly as described and what we needed! Great price point as well. Bryana was very communicative and helpful! Looking forward to staying here again!

Our stay has been great here every time. The space is perfectly cozy and close to the beach. Beds are very comfy and the host is wonderful!

A beautiful spot on the bay to watch the sunset, easy walk to the beach and Jean kindly offered us beach chairs & tags to use. She got the space ready for us to check in early and was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this cute & cozy spot!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The home is very walkable in beautiful downtown Hammonton. We went to the bagel shop and coffee shop down the street both mornings. It was a memorable stay and we will absolutely be coming back soon!

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful inside. Made getting to boardwalk and the areas attractions very convenient. Only issue i had was parking. But that is beyond the host power. If there is an Event going on at boardwalk hall there will be no parking on street. But after event if a spot opens up and are fast to move your vehicle it is a great spot. 10/10 great host and would not mind staying at their property again.

Overall not a bad little space! Location is key. We enjoy biking everywhere.. easy ride to Bay Village/Fantasy Island area with bike lanes a block away. If you bring little kids - a pak n play is a tight fit in the single bed bedroom. We have a smaller Nuna and pushed the bed over a little so it worked. There are blackout curtains in that room tho - much appreciated for nap time. Also no tub, but there's a hand held shower head so we managed. Tons of games in the closet of twin bed bedroom if you encounter rainy days like we did. Lastly, if you instacart or do any delivery, be clear that the address includes Long Beach, NJ.. there's another 30th Street north on the island and GPS doesn't always get it right.

It was our second year staying here and was just as great. We did not have the best weather but with the toys and Playset at the house, it entertained the kids and we were able to enjoy our time off the beach.

Out stay in Nick place was wonderful 😀 we love the location and the atmosphere of the place. The ocean view was phenomenal too ❤️ Thank you to Nick to let’s us stay here , We will definitely miss this place, and of course we will definitely come back again soon 🙃.

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

Sweet spot to stay for a long weekend. The unit was clean and well appointed with fresh linens and extra towels provided. Super easy to get in and quiet. We didn't use the loft but it looked like a great space for 1 or 2 kids old enough to go up the ladder. Overall it was a great place to stay and the hosts couldn't have been more responsive. I would definitely go back to this little gem! ; )

This was a sweet little place that is perfect for a getaway! The condo was squeaky clean, updated, and stocked in a way that indicated that Zachary had thought about it—you can tell when little details are thought through because when you reach for something you would at home, it’s there. Can’t beat the location, and I bet the pool is wonderful for families in the summer. We had one glitch and Zachary made it right, which speaks volumes. Recommend!
