Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

Located in the heart of the charming Old Town of Rapperswil, a 3 min walk from the train station, and right next to Lake Zurich (50 meters) with great lakeside restaurants, scenic lake promenade, and shopping nearby make our apartment a wonderful destination. Zurich is only a 35 min train ride away - every 15 min throughout the day and until late. The apartment has stylish furnishings, a large cozy double bed, a bathroom and kitchenette. Free WIFI, Netflix and TV.

Lake View Apartment

In this cosy accommodation you will spend a great time. Lake view and all around view of the countryside. The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Welcome to our stylish and spacious flat! It's fully equipped, comfortable, bright, silent and modern. We made most of the furniture ourselves, including lamps, tables, benches. It is nicely located in peaceful Männedorf, close to the lake, supermarket and the train station (all a 10 min walk) and a short train ride from Zurich (17min).
