Holiday rentals with a patio in St. Paul's Bay

Apart from the black out situation due to the recent instruction work at Balluta, my overall experience in Martina's Seaview penthouse is top notch and truly one of kind. Not gonna be bored with balcony, bring good mood with the view every morning, let alone a place to have breakfast/dinner/hanging out. The interior is thoughtful and detailed in showcasing the local culture with a contemporary twist. Everything is clean and neat. Both hosts are super helpful. Highly recommended if you would stay beyond St Julians or Valletta, where you will not disappoint fr. Thank you!

The accommodation was perfect, fully equipped, just like in the photos — maybe even better. We truly felt at home, and Jessica had thought of everything when furnishing the place, so absolutely nothing was missing. Whenever we encountered a problem, the host responded quickly, resolved it, and was always there for us. The view from the terrace is priceless. On top of that, we had an early flight, and she allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Additional advantages include the fact that there are numerous restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket and bus stops are just a minute away from the building where the apartment is located. All in all, one of the best accommodations we’ve booked through Airbnb. Jessica, Sandra — thank you for everything!

Staying at this penthouse in Malta was such a treat! The space was even more beautiful than the photos — bright, spacious, and with incredible views. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

Ļoti plašs un ērts mājoklis ar plašu terasi un otru mazāku balkonu. Mums ļoti patika uzturēšanās šeit.

Rita fut très agréable et très disponible concernant toutes nos questions, nous avons été très content du logement qui est placé dans un village très sympa et calme avec des supérettes proches et accessibles à pieds. Le logement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et la terrasse très agréable. Nous conseillons ce logement car pour une première à Malte c’était parfait. La mer est pas loin et quand on aime les randonnées il y a plusieurs spots à proximité. Situé entre 20 à 45 minutes des lieux « à voir » absolument sur Malte : pas loin de La Valette pour prendre le bateau pour aller visiter LES 3 CITÉS ou bien de l’autre côté pour aller sur COMINO ET LE BLUE LAGOON et également non loin des FALAISES DE DINGLI OU RABAT ET MDINA et bien d’autres choses à voir. Bardzo czysty i zadbany apartament, chyba najczystszy jaki wynajmowałem na platformie Air i na Booking. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko plaża, dworzec autobusowy, sklepy samoobsługowe, restauracje... wszystko czego zapragniesz.

This was a great air BnB. Good location, friendly hosts and excellent facilities. The house is hard to imagine from the photos, but it is wonderful. Beautiful, homely and very practical too. Well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, shampoo/shower gel, tea/coffee and hair dryer all included. Comfy memory foam mattresses. We loved the little courtyard/terrace space and appreciated the quietness too, whilst still being super close to town. A great location for visiting Mdina and Rabat’s own sights of interest. Also very close to the bus stops to connect you with other sites. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

We had a fantastic stay—this place exceeded all our expectations. The house is beautifully maintained, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is spacious and comfortable, and the entire space has a warm, welcoming vibe. The location is great—close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Just a small heads-up: the two bedrooms face the main road, so you might hear a bit of traffic from time to time. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommended!

We are really glad we choose Roseann’s accommodation! It was perfect since the beginning. She was really nice and concerned about our arrival and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Malta ist immer einen Besuch Wert, aber Gozo hat die Position der ruhigen und grünen Seite der Inseln. Und inmitten des Herzens von Gozo in Viktoria befindet sich in einer ruhigen, zentralen Seitenstrasse im Stile eines 'house of character' das Apartment von Rowen. Wer dort einkehrt, wohnt nicht nur zur Miete, sondern lebt dort die Zeit, die er dort verbringt: grüßende Nachbarn, alle Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Lebens sind in der Umgebung wie Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermarkt (beste Austern!!), und vom Zentrum kommt man an jeden Punkt der Insel in weniger als 20 Minuten. Rowan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, das Apartment ist 1A gepflegt, es fehlt an nichts incl. allem nötigen Beiwerk zum kochen wie Öl, Salz und Pfeffer. Das mag eine Kleinigkeit sein, aber es ist immer sehr unangenehm, wenn man diese Dinge erst selber für ein paar Tage einkaufen muss. Mein Tip: eine klare Empfehlung, einfach ausprobieren!

Muy buena localización y anfitrión muy atento

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Edward ist ein großartiger Gastgeber und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist im Keller und ist daher bei hohen Temperaturen kühl. Durch die Terrasse fällt außerdem genug Licht in die Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le logement est idéalement placé, il est à 10 minutes de Saint Julian. Il y a deux supérettes juste en face, ce qui est super pratique. La terrasse est super grande et appréciable pour se détendre le soir. Le logement est super propre et pratique.

Nous sommes extrêmement contents de notre séjour chez Daniela. L’appartement est très bien équipé, d’une propreté irréprochable. Il est décoré avec goût. Nous avons eu des petits cadeaux de bienvenue, bouteille de vin, eau minérale et petites pâtisseries faites maison !!! Un grand merci à Daniela. Je recommande fortement cette location !

Die Unterkunft war absolut top! Alles war super sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es gab sogar einen Trockner und eine PlayStation. Das absolute Highlight war die private Dachterrasse mit Pool, Jacuzzi und Außendusche – ein echter Traum! Besonders beeindruckend war, wie viel Privatsphäre man dort hatte, obwohl man mitten im Geschehen ist. Svetlana und Daniel waren großartige Gastgeber – super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
