An exceptional apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is perfect—just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the sea—making it ideal for both summer and winter visits. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, offering great value for money. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be returning!

Had a wonderful stay! Was a great location for us to take a boat trip around Comino and visit the blue lagoon, and also good location to stay to take the bus to Mellieha Bay. Thank you Mark.

Just spent a wonderful 10 days at Will & El’s. I would definitely recommend it. Apartment was very clean, modern and well appointed. We really loved the roof terrace to hang out after busy days of exploring or spending time on the beach, before going out to dinner. Also great if you just want to cook and spend the evening relaxing! The location made it very easy to get to many different places and walkable. Will and El were super responsive to messages and very helpful.

Nice apartment very close to the sea and center of St Paul's. Good communication with the host and everything as described

We really enjoyed our stay in Matthew & Elaine’s town house with our 11 month old daughter. Communication was friendly and fast and when we missed a baby chair Elaine came to bring it to us right away. It should be noted that there is a lot of construction going on, at both sides of the house, but it’s not on a all day every day basis so it didn’t bother us too much. The walk to the beach is beautiful and it’s also easy to walk to the town square with some bars. If you have a rental car the whole island is easily accessible. Last of all we really appreciated the ‘welcome package’ with some fresh produce. Thanks!

We received helpful information from Paul in advance of the trip and were greeted by him personally. The apartment is really spacious and we felt very comfortable there. We would book here again at any time and can recommend the accommodation to others.

We loved staying at By The Sea and spent a lot of time on the front terrace taking in the views and sunsets! The location is central to restaurants, beaches and attractions. The house is spacious and perfect for traveling in a group so that everyone can spread out and be comfortable.

Amazing location for exploring Valetta, boats easily accessible, beautiful views from the balcony. Airbnb was really well equipped, and the handover from Frances really helpful with lots of tips and local recommendations. Thank you for having us!

* House is just like the photos and spacious. * The courtyard outside area is perfect for relaxing and eating meals. * The pool is great - used everyday! * Good location. * Parking was sometimes tricky but always got a space within a 7 minute walk of house. * Francesca is excellent at communicating. * Late check out was ideal for us (at extra cost) as we had evening flight. * Would recommend this house to others.

Had a great time! Edward is a great host and very friendly. The apartment is in the basement and is therefore cool at high temperatures. The terrace also allows plenty of light to enter the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

From the time of booking, communication with Tina was excellent – fast, helpful and with many useful tips (e.g. restaurant list). When we opened the balcony door, the breathtaking view of Valletta immediately inspired us. The location is ideal: ferries and buses are directly opposite, supermarket, restaurants and bars nearby. From the balcony you have a great view of the promenade of Sliema, and yet it is quiet in the apartment - the bedrooms are at the back. If we travel to Malta again, we would book this apartment again immediately. Small note: For Malta, you need an adapter for British sockets (type G).

It was a top accommodation. Everything was exactly as described, and David is truly a superhost. I felt at home and would recommend this accommodation to everyone!

This apartment is amazing, we really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious with everything you could wish for including a fabulous view of the harbour from the front balcony. A good base to explore Malta. We especially enjoyed going to St Thomas's Bay which is very close. The owners are lovely people and make sure you are happy and comfortable. A true gem for your stay in Malta!!

Our stay at Joseph’s place in Malta was absolutely amazing. The apartment is stunning, with a private jacuzzi and access to a larger shared one – both perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The sea view is breathtaking – you truly can’t ask for more. Joseph was an exceptional host: very friendly, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Highly recommended!
