We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. We enjoyed staying at Nina's place very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We especially liked the great amenities of the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!

The accommodation was great! The location was central and it was easy to take the ski bus to the slopes. The apartment was just as described and Birgit easy to communicate with.

We booked Julia's accommodation for a long weekend for 7 people. Julia was super nice and always responded quickly to messages. The apartment had more than enough space for all of us and a great balcony. Overall, we felt very comfortable there and can recommend the accommodation.

we had a wonderful time in this spacious apartment. with 3 bedrooms and each bedroom (with double bed) has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. Very luxurious and plenty of privacy, even if you are going with 2 families. the area is great. There is so much fun to do. From the apartment you can walk up the Grafenberg in no time. We have been to beautiful places and definitely plan to come back again.

The chalet is beautiful. Ernst is an extremely friendly host. We were warmly welcomed with a snack and sat together on a glass of wine on the balcony of the chalet with magnificent views of the mountains and the starry sky . Everything was great. Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

Susan's apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. The condominium's sauna is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Flachau's amazing ski slopes can show new and new for up to a week. Susan is a great host, quick to respond, and accurate. We had a great time and will definitely be back. It was a super siege! Excellent apartment to stay for a week during the winter sports holiday. Clean and spacious. Very friendly hostess who lives above the apartment. The apartment also has a garden where, given the beautiful weather, we were also able to enjoy the sun outside. The stop for the ski bus is 5 minutes walk. The center of St Johan 10 minutes.
