Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The apartment was very modern as it was pictured, clean and very quiet overlooking the harbor. The way to the beach was not far. We were nicely received and there was still fruit from our own garden to say goodbye. The roof terrace invited you to sunbathe and relax, as well as the small balcony on which next to the table and chairs was also a lounger for sunbathing and a parasol. The communication with Danijela was impeccable and you could always reach her quickly. Krka National Park and the beautiful city of Šibenik and shops, like Lidl, was not far by car. We really enjoyed staying with these hosts! :-)

Had a nice time, beautiful view of the sea. Quiet water Paddleboarding was very nice. Cottage completely fine !!!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

I believe Zanka manages Jeremy’s property. I had many questions about trying to book a last minute sailing booking in Šibenik and Zanka was quick to answer and she tried to assist me. So right from the start I was impressed with the communication from this cohost. The home is in a perfect location, and as others have reviewed, the terrace views are stunning. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. We were aware of the quirkiness of the many stairs/levels so we didn’t really have an issue with it. (It made our nightly visit to Aroma Gelato located steps away feel well deserved 😉.) Zanka allowed us a late check out and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, tranquil and like paradise. We were honestly blown away with the setting. Excellent host, beautiful property on the beach.

Pay attention to check in time of 17:00, as specified in the listing. We weren’t paying attention and it would have been an issue for us, but hosts’s son was there to let us in earlier. Big Plodine market nearby (by car) or Konzum on foot. Beautiful, quiet residential area right at the beach. Few tourists around here in late September. Appreciated the parking. Antonija helped with turning on the hot water heater and bringing us a replacement router when several of our devices wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi. They left cold drinks, fresh fruit from the garden (which is gorgeous), local olive oil, Nescafé, filter coffee, cappuccino mix, etc. for us. Space is small, just as pictured, but worked for us two. Patio area was so pretty and breeze was great. Thank you Draško and Antonija!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

Ivana was an amazing host and the apartment was absolutely perfect. It has a great view along with a nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anybody!

The apartment corresponded to the photos, the cleanliness was exceptional and the amenities well thought out. The kitchen had functional equipment as well as kitchen basics (spices, tea/coffee, sugar, oil), there were more than enough towels/dish towels, as well as mosquito repellent, toiletries... You can tell that Antonela and Dino thought about what vacationers might need! When I had a concern, Dino was immediately on the spot, he even lent me a cell phone charging cable, since I forgot mine at home. We enjoyed the quiet environment very much, there was nothing going on and we were able to experience a relaxing holiday with our children. We will be happy to come back next year!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Highly recommend. I stayed in Sebastian’s apartment with my family- and we all really loved it. It was specious, clean, very well equipped and super close to the beach. Sebastian and his relatives are really nice and friendly and made our stay even more special.

The place is great. Sheltered but close to everything, very easy to get around on foot. Intimate enough but within walking distance of the sea. Kristijan is also number one, always ready to respond and help. I hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The walk to the beach was 1-2 min max and the experience of swimming in the Adriatic Sea was unmatched. We had one small issue but Jelena and her parents were quick to help us solve it.

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can take advantage of all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts, despite not being on site, has always been immediate. The only flaw is that it is so relaxing that you lose the desire to move from the location. Super recommended!
