Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Springs

Mark was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The apartment was very clean. Neighborhood is cute and quiet. The private beach is an added bonus. Would stay again.

Noel’s third floor apartment is light-filled, spacious, has a cute rustic vibe and is perfectly located. It’s across the street from East Rock Park (great for walks and runs) and walking distance to restaurants and an ice cream shop. The entrance to the apartment is through Noel‘s home – – no private entrance. Parking was incredibly easy—right on the street in front of the house! We enjoyed our stay very much, especially thoughtful touches like breakfast muffins and coffee. The apartment is full of interesting books and games and is very comfortable. Noel is a helpful host.

Moatez was a very nice host. His property is in a beautiful and quiet and very green area. The rental space is rather big and has a private entrance. I would certainly stay there again if I were in the area.

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

My wife and I loved the Airbnb and the location! Everything in the Airbnb was in perfect condition and was very clean. The pool is beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Amazing location close to downtown Southampton and beaches. Joan and Paul were great hosts and we already can't wait to go back!

The location and value cannot be beat. Walkable to the best spots in New Haven.

The place is very nice as shown in the pictures. It is very well kept maintained and the renovation was done at higher standards. Very comfortable beed and big shower room. The place is close by to some good cafes. We had a great time and we highly recommend it.

Very efficient, comfortable, well designed space in a beautiful area of Long Island. If and when we return to the area, we would definitely stay there again.

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Jose is very good with communicating with me. We currently have a long term job that requires our technicians to be in CT for a few months. Jose has worked with me in making sure they have what they need.

Maher’s home is so elegant and mid —such great taste. He was such a kind host and so very easy to communicate with. The pool was lovely and the garden and back so pretty. We had a brilliant time! Thank you.

We had the best weekend! The place was safe, clean and easy to find and close to all the local shops. There was no hose to clean off the outside chairs so that we could lounge and the Pool did need some cleaning (the scooper there was broken) but we did what we could! Minor details honestly. All in all I give 5 starts because the host was fantastic and the home was beautiful. Hope to stay there again in the future!!!

Beautiful 3 bedroom home in New Haven. Peaceful neighborhood, 12 minute drive from Downtown New Haven and Yale. Well decorated, really comfortable beds, really nice space. Annie is also one of the kindest and most responsive hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb!

Great place to stay. We were in the area for business and this was close to our job site location. The location is perfect though - close to everything! Modern and sleek design which was really nice! Harris was also so responsive and communicative throughout the whole process which we really appreciate! Definitely recommend this property!

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Peter & Adam's place was the perfect stay, especially on a short (same day) notice. The view from the cozy & very clean condo was so so pretty, as well as the gorgeous, quiet, and private beach that was a 3 minute walk away. Would 100% love to stay here again!

Really great place with an amazing view out of the living room and dining room windows!! Perfect beach view, super close to the beach, and a great community. Very clean. Only thing that I would mention would be that the dining room light didn't work
