We throughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the beautiful and eclectic style of the home, definitely a wonderful family experience! It was clean, comfortable, a great location and very easy to settle in for our family of 10!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Lady Viola is a super charming Victorian home. We were very pleased with our stay. The home was clean, spacious and accurately described. The window AC in the bedrooms was a pleasant surprise as the weather was much warmer than expected. The location is super as you can walk to anything downtown. While the landscaping is a bit grown up the yard is very spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host is very responsive. Great short stay for business. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

We have been looking forward to our stay at this cabin for weeks. We needed to unplug and we got just that. It was a rainy weekend but that made the area more magical. The house is so beautiful , loved the nice art sprinkled all over the house including a lovely picture of the waterfalls behind the property which can be heard from the house! everything was clean and very homie! and we got a ton of suggestions for things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The house is absolutely amazing – beautiful, cozy, tastefully designed, and by far the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the fully stocked kitchen to all the extras that make the stay so comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This home is the perfect get away. Gorgeous property. I enjoyed walking in the mornings, beautiful wildlife. The deer get close enough to almost touch! The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are spread out enough for several families to stay comfortably and with privacy. Lots of bathrooms! Very clean! Lots of kitchen supplies! Everything needed for an amazing get away. We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

This was our second stay at Breezy Meadows. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location. One of these days we’ll come in the summer so we can take advantage of the pond, fire pit and trails. Inside is really nice, wonderfully decorated and has what you need. If you come in colder weather, don’t forget your slippers!

Theresa was an amazing host, she clearly communicated with us along the way, and made sure we had our privacy & provided the upmost comfort. Her space was well kept and full of considerate touches to facilitate a relaxing stay, the subtleties go a long way. We enjoyed the hot tub in the snow, shared a few stories of skiing adventures & loved the friendly visits from Ben. The views were picturesque to boot, we definitely plan to come stay in other seasons.

Definitely a space with great level of thoughts and details makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Surrounded by the nature, you can immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain view and bird chirps, very peaceful and tranquil. We saw deers walking by, rabbit hiding in bush from raining, and a little chipmunk busy around the house all the time. The house is spacious and has four bedrooms, which really hosts a large family. It is very clean when checking in. Some amenities and utilities have age but they are super well maintained. I highly recommend this place if you just would like to have a stay when traveling in upper NY.

We had a great stay! This was the perfect spot for us, as we were attending a wedding nearby. Everything was as expected from the listing and it was easy to find and easy to get inside. My wife was obsessed with how comfy the bed was, too! All around a great experience and we'd stay here again.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son in Ballston Lake and this one stood out. Historic and unique home. Beth was a great host, very responsive to any communication. The place met our needs and had a nice view of the Mohawk River in the back yard. Just be aware they are right on a highway so there is a lot of traffic noise, and there are 2-3 apartments in the place as well. But overall that was well described and expected and ear plugs worked just fine. Thanks for sharing your home Beth!

Very clean house and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the amenities and making fires. Our dog loved running around the property and we enjoyed being close to town for grocery shopping, cafe access, and hiking trails nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It’s very spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The property is large and beautiful, with stunning views and even a pond on-site. Everything is convenient and thoughtfully arranged — from the cozy fireplace to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The place feels both comfortable and private. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and would love to come back again. Truly a perfect getaway in nature!

My girlfriend and I completely loved it! The highlight of the stay was unwinding in the hot tub with breathtaking views of mountains and we enjoyed every minute of it. It was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this cozy cabin stay in the Catskills area! Great host as well.

Very nice place to spend a relaxing weekend. everything we needed was supplied and Chris was very attentive to any issues we had. Thank you again Chris for an awesome cabin for us to spend our 1st wedding anniversary. oh and I left the drop bear in the woods. 😉

This place is beautiful. Host is very responsive and helpful. I will say the road to get up to the house is very steep so be prepared. Otherwise all was great and would highly recommend staying here.

I loved the peaceful reprieve from the Cooperstown hustle and bustle. Beautiful view of the lake and plenty of fishing and boating equipment to enjoy it. The basketball hoop to keep the kids entertained was a great bonus. Spacious master suite was great for parents.

My children and I stayed over the weekend for my Graduation in Oneonta, NY. It was only 15 minutes from town, serene, beautiful views. My boys played in the back yard even though it rained. The cabin is so comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed it and will come back another time for sure!

For price the place was great. Location for us was perfict I have spent 75 plus years in the area. If you like solatude its perfect. For a veiw walk the road down towards the pond then make a left and follow the power line to the crest of the hill over looking the western end of the Catskills. Place could use a few more plates and smaller bowls for A cerial breakfast. Place is perfect for 5 but can sleep 6. I would stay here again. .
