Holiday rentals with a patio in Spring Branch

Karen was very nice. She had welcome cookies and all we needed for our stay. She checked on us and was a great host. She was great communicating and went above and beyond for us. Will highly recommend it and would come back here if we are back in town.

Had a great 3 night stay at Jay’s property. The property was exactly as the description suggested and was a great place to base ourselves for Gruene and surrounding areas. Jay was very responsive and proactive in his messages/advice. Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we had a lovely gift on arrival due to us celebrating our wedding anniversary. A nice touch. Would definitely recommend for future guests and would stay again.

We live staying here when we’re in Boerne because it’s so comfortable and feels like home, and because we’re so close to everything there is to do. It’s also nice to be right next door to a wonderful restaurant, Las Guitarras Cocina.

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

Raaman’s place was perfect for our family. Close to great shopping, Dining and Entertainment. Very close to six flags and a short walk to La Cantera. The building is very nice safe and friendly. pool and gym are great too.

It was a great location and very quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway and close enough to things but also out of the city. The large shower was amazing and Kelly was such a sweet and kind host. I definitely recommend!

We stayed at this wonderful home for three days. It was just as described in the listing and photos! The home was perfect for our sisters’ weekend. We had three adults and really enjoyed the large sofa to catch up and play games. We used the kitchen to prepare every meal and had so much fun in the game room. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. We used the fire pit and saw several deer during our visit. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Our host was responsive and it was easy to check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed, home away from home. Cozy, peaceful, and comfortable. Feeding the deer was a treat on the back deck. Our hostess responded quickly.

The Sherlock Home is a great way to spend an evening. We had a wonderful time deciphering the various clues and conundrums! By staying the night we were able to work at a comfortable pace, took a break to get some dinner (got fish and chips to stay in character), returned and finished the puzzles with no time pressures. The puzzles themselves are clever, and the props are first-rate. There were several 'Oh Wow!' moments when we solved a particularly challenging riddle. If you like Sherlock Holmes (or if you just like solving puzzles), you need to stay at the Sherlock Home: It was one of the most fun evenings we've had in years!

The home was beautiful and spacious. Very clean and lots of spaces to sleep or hangout. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time there as we had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was quick and friendly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone needing a house in this area.

What an awesome RV! This was our first time staying in one and it was great. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and I was impressed with all of the features: power recliners, fireplaces, and TVs in all rooms. We easily prepared meals in the kitchen and it felt like home. The outdoor space was excellent as well. The fire pit, games, and grill were wonderful. Alan is an excellent host! He was very friendly, generous, and responded quickly to our messages. The setting is peaceful and Canyon Lake is easily accessible.

Our family had a great Christmas at Michael’s home. Lots of stuff for the kiddos to do outside, and around the house. They even had Christmas decorations up for us. Very clean, and super nice host.

We loved everything about “Just Add Water”. The balcony view was our favorite part. We sat out there for several hours watching deer. It was so peaceful & quiet. Timothy was extremely responsive & met all of our needs. The house was very clean & had everything we needed from a grill on the balcony, to a kitchen that had all the essentials for cooking, plenty of towels & extra blankets. There was plenty of space for myself & our 4 adult children. It was the perfect weekend away. I highly recommend & will check availability next time we visit the area.

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Ben was an excellent host. very responsive and his home was clean, furnished well and had everything we needed. we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

I had a health crisis the first night of my stay. The hosts were very understanding when family members came down to help my husband with my grandkids ( which pushed us one person over the max allowed). I can say the condo is lovely and so cutely decorated. The pool is large and mostly shaded. My grandkids saw a lot of deer and birds around the well-kept property. There are plenty of restaurants close by.

My daughters and I stayed in Roy's beautiful home for 11 nights while in town from Alabama for Math Camp. Everything about our experience was absolutely wonderful. Roy is responsive, attentive, understanding and caring. His home is exactly as described and tastefully decorated with all the Texas charm! We arrived very late on the first night but when I woke up and pulled back the curtains in the living room, we were met with a family of deer. Just past the deer was the gorgeous view of Canyon Lake. Our hearts were full!! We prepared many meals in the kitchen. Every appliance I needed was there, which was a pleasant surprise because I'd forgotten to inquire about that before booking. There is PLENTY to do in the immediate area as well as surrounding towns/cities. If you'd prefer to just relax, that's more than possible as well. Simply sitting out enjoying the sun set with the animals approaching the patio for treats is perfectly peaceful!! The neighbors are all kind too!!!

Such a great location, easy walk to downtown, river and pool access, and right by schillerbahn. The place was clean, spacious, and pretty much already childproof/safe. We felt so comfy and at home!

It was very easy to check in and not hard to find at all when I walked it everything was very clean and welcoming I will for sure keep an eye open next time I’m in town so I can stay again
