House holiday rentals in Spongano

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! We voelden ons meteen thuis bij Nieves en haar familie en de lieve honden en kat. De villa is prachtig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Het huis is heel mooi, schoon, sfeervol en van alles voorzien. De locatie is perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. Nieves is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op vragen. Bedankt voor je gastvrijheid en het geweldige verblijf!

Geweldig verblijf van 3 weken in Villa Boho, mooi huis met zwembad. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Elke dag worden de kamers en het zwembad schoongemaakt. Geeft wel wat onrust omdat men niet op vaste tijd komt zoals we hadden afgesproken. Bij aankomst deed het warm water het niet en de lampen buiten deden het niet allemaal, na heen en weer appen werd er wel gelijk wat aangedaan. Uiteindelijk na 2 dagen hadden we voldoende warm water. De buitenverlichting werd ook gerepareerd. Huis mooi en de inrichting met smaak gekozen. Zeer goede bedden en kussens. Voldoende handdoeken en een badlaken. Wat jammer is dat de 3 kamers in souterrain niet verbonden zijn met het huis. Je moet altijd buitenom naar de huiskamer en keuken. Huis is voor maximaal 10 personen maar er zijn maar 4 ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Zullen zeker nog een keer bij deze host een huis boeken.

We had a lovely stay at Constance’s place. It was very comfortable and very attractive. We were in walking distance of everything we needed and wanted. Parking can be challenging after 6 or 7pm close by, so you may have to walk a bit if you come in later. The apartment is very peaceful and well set up for two couples of a small family. Nice coffee set up, but kitchen not designed for cooking. There is a fridge and sink. However, there are so many nice restaurants close by and a great market in front on Port Rudae, no need to cook. We used this as a base and took easy day trips to enjoy beaches in Otranto and Gallipolli. Lecce is gorgeous, and so wonderful to stroll in the evening.

Wir (7 Pers.) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Sara. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allen, was man braucht. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Ensuite Badezimmer. Die großzügige überdachte Veranda gibt ausreichend Schatten bei Sonne bzw. ermöglicht es, auch bei leichtem Regen Outdoor zu sein. Der Infinity-Salzwasser-Pool mit Meerblick und die Outdoor Küche mit Gas- und Holzkohle-Grill sind ein echtes Highlight. Ebenso die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Meerblick, die wir für Yoga Sessions genutzt haben. Die Lage ist super ruhig in einem Villenviertel. Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Tuffstein-Garten. Santa Maria de Leuca ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es kleinere Geschäfte und ein paar Bars/Restaurants. Zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte Okt) war einiges jedoch geschlossen. Wochenmärkte, größere Supermärkte und Restaurants in den Nachbarorten zw. 5-8km entfernt. Sara und Sergio (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung. Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

Que dire du logement d’Andrea, il est identique aux photos avec beaucoup d’élégance et de charme à l’italienne. Andrea et sa femme feront en sorte que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous, ils sont aux petits soins pour vous et c’est vraiment rare de nos jours. Nous avons pu manger dans de très bons endroits suites aux recommandations et nous avons pu faire une activité avec un magnifique couché de soleil grâce à Andrea. Nous lui sommes reconnaissant d’avoir pu nous faire vivre des moments afin que nos vacances se déroulent du mieux possible. Je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement !!

Das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich wunderschön! Wir haben dort viele tolle Stunden verbracht und sogar den Pizzaofen benutzt 😍die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! Antina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit, hat uns jede Frage beantwortet :-) Wir waren Ende September da und hatten viele Mücken 🦟die lage ist auch perfekt, man kann viele schöne Strände sehen und lecce ist auch nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt :)

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben tolle Tips von Emanuele für umliegende Restaurants erhalten und uns in nahegelegenen Supermarkt eingedeckt. Die Grillstelle ist toll, haben wir mehrmals genutzt. Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und wird toll gepflegt vom sympathischen Gärtner der ab und zu vorbeischaut. Mimo der Hausmeister hat sich um den Pool gekümmert, auch sehr sympathisch. Kleine Mankos waren ein paar Liegen die defekt waren, allerdings gab es noch genügend Andere da wir nur zu viert in der Unterkunft waren. Es gibt nur einen kleinen, einbetonierten Aussenschirm am Pool, das ist viel zu wenig Schattenfläche. Die Aussentoilette war defekt und die Außendusche hat permanent stark getropft. Ab und an kam ein starker Tiergeruch mit dem Wind zum Vorschein. Unterm Strich war es trotzdem ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!! 🫶🏼

Magnifique résidence avec une vue imprenable sur l'Adriatique. La côte rocheuse est très jolie avec des grottes marines et une eau limpide, et beaucoup de poissons. La maison est très bien située et très agréable à vivre. Luisa est un modèle d'hôte : accueillante, disponible et ultra réactive pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Bouteille de gaz changer en 20min seulement après l'avoir contacté ! Hautement recommandé !

La nostra esperienza presso l’appartamento di Marcello è stata fantastica. Fin dal primo contatto, si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: e soprattutto pulitissimo. Tutto era in perfetto ordine, dalle lenzuola fresche di bucato agli spazi comuni curati nei minimi dettagli. La posizione era ideale per visitare la città, con ristoranti e attrazioni a pochi passi. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità impeccabile, torneremo sicuramente! :) 💪🏽

The place is a rare gem. The photos don’t do it justice. From the large patio you overlook the old centre of Otranto, a bustling quaint historical town. Yet the place is surprisingly quiet and very spacious, and has all the comforts you would want, including air conditioning in every room. We just loved our stay here. Very impressive. Stay at this one!

De ruimte was helemaal goed, vooral het uitzicht naar allerlei kanten door de grote ramen. Het geeft een ruimtelijk en vrij gevoel. Het had een hele fijne douche en ook het bed was prima!! Wij zouden hier heel graag nog eens terug willen komen. Léon en Jacqueline

Natacha is a super great host! She answers really quickly and is always there to help. When we arrived she right away sent a lot of great places to go to in and around the village of Alessano and made us feel right at home. If your going to Puglia I really recommend staying here. The airbnb is lovely and has such a great energy to it. The village of Alessano is very chill and all the locals are very friendly. Thank you so much Natacha for everything:)

We loved staying at Casa Della Controra! We were six friends from different parts of the world staying in Puglia together for few days. After we did the reservation we realized there was only one bathroom but actually it was not an issue for us as we are all good friends, very flexible, accommodating and considerate. The communication with Elena was superb as she was always responsive to any questions we had. Grazie Elena!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Anna ! Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description : il est grand, propre et fonctionnel, et parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans le Salento ! Que dire de notre hôte qui a été vraiment très accueillante et très attentionnée : Anna a préparé notre arrivée en installant un lit douillet pour notre bébé ainsi que des jeux qui ont ravi notre fille ! De plus, des pâtisseries (les fameux pasticchioti !) nous attendaient à notre arrivée, et Anna nous a préparé des feuilletés le dernier soir... Nous étions tellement touchés de toutes ces attentions ! C'est ce qui rend un séjour inoubliable. Pour tout cela, un énorme merci !!

La casa era perfetta, arredata con gusto e cura. Posizione perfetta per girare nei dintorni di tricase! Sicuramente la terrò presente se dovessi tornare nei dintorni. Bas sempre reattivo

María es la mejor anfitriona del mundo. Me ayudaron a alquilar una auto, me buscaron en la estación de un pueblo cercano y hasta me dieron su prosciutto y un vino para la primera noche. Amable y generosa. María y Mauricio son especiales. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Y el lugar es una belleza espectacular. Una confabulación ideal para la vacación perfecta.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole a Spongano. L'appartamento era accogliente, ben arredato e in una posizione ideale per esplorare i dintorni. La comunicazione con l'host è stata impeccabile e sempre disponibile. Mi sono trovato molto bene e consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo e confortevole per il soggiorno. Ottima esperienza!

We had a really great time at Valerias place. Everything is as described and better. Daniela welcomed us warmly and throughout our 3 weeks there she was always reachable and happy to help us out. Valerias cosy house was a great base for us from which we we able to explore the beautiful beaches and towns of the Salento region. On cloudier days our two sons (1 and 2) enjoyed playing in the closed backyard. The pizzeria next door offers delicious pizza and pasta and they even Lent us a vacuum cleaner to clean out the rental car. The same basically goes for the whole town. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, especially towards our kids 🙃. Close by you can also find a really nice bakery with delicious bread, pinsa and other delicacies. I could go on like this for some time, but I don't want to bore anyone with the details of our trip. So to wrap it up: I can fully recommend staying at Valeria's! We would love to come back some day.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut perfekt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten: Der persönliche Check-in und Check-out war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert, bei unserer Ankunft gab es frisches Obst und zum Abschied sogar einen leckeren Kuchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für die grossartige Gastfreundschaft!

Raffaella et son père sont chaleureux et reactifs. ils nous ont bien renseignés, des produits locaux nous attendaient à notre arrivée et notamment du vin de leur production. Raffaella nous a aussi apporté des figues fraiches. une ampoule a grillé et a tout de suite été changée. L'environnement est paisible, face à un champs d'oliviers. je conseille ce logement à 35 mn d'otrante et 50 mn de galipolli.
