Access to the cross-country ski trails and hiking trails directly from the house. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants nearby. The second bedroom is in the hallway next door. (SEPARATE) Pets are allowed BY REQUEST and are welcome!

The 31 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Furthermore, a washing machine and a dryer can be used for a fee (and iron and an ironing board are also available in the laundry room).

Because besides the six standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for one person. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

Located in the quaint village of Inzing but with all amenities close by, 10 minutes walk from the train station with direct line to Innsbruck and half an hours drive to a number of well known ski / bike resorts The house has ample storage space for all sports equipment and has a single designated parking space. Pets welcome.
