The highlight is the view. Simply amazing and fantastic!! There is nothing missing in the apartment and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and easy to reach. The location is very quiet and perfect for unwinding. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. You feel very local, as there are no tourists and many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

We are a family of 5 staying at Daniela’s place. Daniela is super friendly and proactive. We particularly love the garden that is full of jasmine flowers and we enjoyed having dinner in the garden almost every day. One set back is that the bathroom of the main bedroom is a bit humid without a fan for ventilation. We had to keep the bedroom back door open to keep the ventilation.

What a fantastic holiday we had here! Giovanni is a great host, he gave good tips on what to do in the area and also what the good restaurants are. The best restaurant is without a doubt Giovanni's Spritz-house. In addition to a delicious welcome drink, Giovanni also regularly hosts a dinner for the guests here. And he really delights you. Delicious food, coziness and a nice ice cold limoncello at the end. The apartment has all the comforts and cozy, homely furnishings so you feel right at home here. And the view…. Magical! We highly recommend this accommodation!

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very generous balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but you will not be bothered by that inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca’s place! It was in a beautiful location, close enough to Bellagio to get there by bike but far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the lake. Great local spots around & a private beach area. Couldn’t recommend enough! Francesca is so kind and hospitable!

we had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's and Lucia's. the apartment is even better than the photos, very well equipped and nicely furnished. the views from the upstairs windows and the garden are spectacular, and worth paying for. we spent a lot of time in the garden as we found it a tranquil spot away from the busy central area. there are some shops within walking distance which had everything we needed, including a very nice cheese shop. be aware walking around includes some very steep hills, although the views make it worth it. our hosts gave great local recommendations and helped with transport to the bus station which was so helpful especially in the heat. overall we would highly recommend this place, it is very special.

The accommodation has a very nice view of Lake Como, is located in a quiet side street, was very clean and well equipped. Everything was well described and the parking lot nearby was quickly accessible. You should arrive by car. The location near Menaggio was also ideal. The lake is within walking distance and you can swim from the small private beach. Overall, it was a very successful stay for the three of us as a family.

Had a lovely stay at Simone's cottage in Crone. A nice, spacious and clean house, where you immediately feel at home. Communication with Simone went smoothly and smoothly, you will get a quick answer to your questions. In the cottage there is a folder with explanations and tips for restaurants, shops and activities. Super convenient! A lot is within walking distance, restaurants, ice cream parlor, etc. All in all had a super nice vacation!

It would be a sin to write anything bad about the host and the place he offers. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and it was very difficult to find a parking space, but Francesca found us and offered a private underground parking, so we drove around the area stress-free. Francesca is a very nice, cordial person who explained everything to us in detail, transport, where to shop, places worth visiting, so we could focus more on relaxation. As for the place of stay, I will say honestly, despite the beautiful surroundings, it felt so good there that sometimes it was hard to leave😀. Clean, neat, the house is decorated in a very stylish way. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, pure pleasure. The beach is a 5-minute walk, the garage is 3 minutes, so you can go without a plan, because even if you suddenly change your mind, it does not involve tedious planning. The area is a fairy tale! The place was exactly as described. The pooö area is absolutely amazing. Marco and Laura were helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future. Thank you...it was amazing.

The place and location were perfect. A few minutes walk to the ferry port, restaurants, train station, grocery, & swimming spots. The apartment was spacious and clean. Having a washer was a plus. The neighborhood was safe. We felt right at home. Most importantly, the communication with Daniele and Fabio were excellent. They even recommended us to take the Varenna Express bus from Milan for a hassle free trip. We highly recommend!

This place was fantastic! Not only is there a beautiful and open kitchen and a cozy bedroom and bathroom. The location in Bellano is stellar. Just a minute outside of the bustle of town. Every time we visited another town, would couldn’t wait to get back to Bellano which felt like a home. Thanks to this stay.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

We had a very nice time in Kathryn's apartment. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and also otherwise furnished in such a way that we felt very comfortable. You have a very nice view of Lake Como and a beautiful terrace. The apartment is located above the village, which is well connected by bus, the bus takes only about 5-10 minutes to Menaggio. In the village, there are several very good shops (fruit and vegetables, small supermarket and butcher). There are also 2 good restaurants. The place was not crowded like other places on Lake Como. We enjoyed it very much.
