This house is set up for your enjoyment including grand living spaces and a large game room in the lower level. We are less than a mile from the public beach and lake access, use our canoe or bring yours. Hiking and walking trails nearby. Come visit and explore the ADK! For the snow lover access to Village snowmobile trail is across the street and for the skier we are within 1 mile from OAK MOUNTAIN SKI AREA. Lake Pleasant and all the Village has to offer is a short stroll from the door. Open the door, drop your bags & enjoy the Adirondacks! Check in at 4pm check out 10am.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

ADK's South Shore Retreat

Enjoy your time in the ADK relaxing at our newly renovated, private and spacious home. This is a 4 season retreat. We have lake rights to Lake Pleasant-swimming, kayaking, or canoeing are only a 10 min walk. Please note: our lake access is shared with neighbors. Rent a boat for a day of fun. There is also plenty of hiking nearby. In the winter, enjoy the slopes, Oak Mountain is 5 mins away and Gore Mountain, only 30 mins. There is quick trail access for your snowmobile as well.
