Apartment holiday rentals in Spalt

We were in the apartment over the weekend to explore the area around Altmühlsee and Brombachsee. An ideal apartment for this. The Altmühlsee can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the Brombachsee by car in 20 minutes. Gunzenhausen, with its beautiful old town and good restaurants, is also only 8-10 minutes away by car. The apartment is perfect for 4 adults (there were only three of us), it is very spacious, modern, has a nice large balcony with good views. It is a quiet area to relax and feel good. The kitchen is well equipped, all the necessary things were there, even dishwashing detergent, dish towels and tabs for the dishwasher. A bottle of water and pads for the coffee machine, as well as tea, were also available. Very attentive! I highly recommend the apartment. Thorsten is a courteous and friendly host, gives many tips and is always helpful. Thank you so much for letting us be guests here.

Lovingly furnished apartment in a very quiet location. It is a bit remote but the bus stop is just around the corner, direct connection to the center. Kitchen with new appliances, a shower with plenty of space inside, views of the green backyard and garden. We used it for overnight stays during the Rock im Park Festival and it was the best decision ever.

The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, taking the time to walk us through every detail of the house with great care. The home itself felt cozy and inviting, especially during dinner after sunset — a truly peaceful and memorable atmosphere. During the day, we loved sitting at the outdoor table, enjoying the fresh air and quiet surroundings, occasionally accompanied by the cheerful laughter of neighborhood kids. It’s also very conveniently located near the highway, with Nuremberg city center just about a 30-minute drive away. A wonderful stay we’d gladly recommend!

Perfect stay – highly recommended! We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The cottage was very clean and superbly equipped. Everything was exactly as described. We would like to emphasise the warm hospitality of the landlords. They were always available and very helpful. You immediately feel that they really care about the well-being of their guests. The location of the house is ideal – quiet, but still central enough to be quick to excursion destinations, shopping or restaurants. In short: everything just worked out! We would love to come back and can recommend this vacation home without reservation.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Just above the small dirt road you can reach the bakery and in 2 km you are already at the Altmühlsee on the sunbathing lawns with lake access. The balcony invites you to linger and you can let your eyes wander. Conclusion: we liked it very much, everything clean and well maintained. You can quickly reach the lake by bike and the bike paths are great, separate from the pedestrians.

Our stay in Manfred and Beate's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is in a great location. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes with green spaces, ice cream parlors and several restaurants. The apartment is quiet, very large, clean and bright. The garden is rustic and cozy. Manfred and Beate were wonderful, personal hosts. I'm sure we'll be back again!

The view from the property is breathtaking (forest), it is a comfortable, spacious and quiet place. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. Parking in the yard was also great, the seating areas in the back courtyard were perfect for relaxing.

The week in Solnhofen with Bruno was great. The location is ideal for exploring the Altmühl Valley and its surroundings in a variety of ways. We hiked, took bike tours, and took trips by train to larger and smaller cities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to paddle on the Altmühl. From a culinary point of view, we liked the café of the Solnhofen Klosterbrot (so delicious!) and the restaurant "Alte Schule". The Bürgermeister-Müller-Museum is definitely worth a visit. The apartment is great - very well equipped, clean, cozy. We felt very comfortable. And we always felt well informed and supported by our landlord. A clear recommendation - also for us, if we are drawn to the Altmühl Valley again.

Communication with Barbara was very pleasant. We were greeted at the accommodation and immediately shown around. The apartment was well equipped and you had the opportunity to use the beautiful garden. We liked the proximity to the beautiful Lake Brombach. We will gladly return to the accommodation in the future.

Martin guided us superbly through the road closure due to a construction site. The apartment is really very stylishly furnished and was very clean. We really enjoyed the super quiet location by the forest. The two dogs were also thought of. The terrace to the owl's nest is very nice and great for breakfast and lingering. Great surroundings with caves, castles and very beautiful hiking trails for all levels. 4 relaxing days in Franconian Switzerland. Many thanks to Hanna and Martin for the very nice hospitality. We can recommend the Eulennest apartment without restriction. You can't go wrong here. Very nice hosts....🥰

We stayed at Sandra’s for the second time and it was great. It is spotless and very cosy and Sandra is a very friendly, helpful and accommodating host. I can just recommend it to anyone.

This was an amazing, clean, Modern apartment walkable (12-15min) to the castle and old town!!!! Very clean w/comfortable double bed and a recliner twin bed. We had three people (women) in our group and everyone loved the space!!! Great dining room, fully equipped kitchen w/nespresso and w/balcony, bathroom w/towels and hair dryer, laundry w/washer, living rm w/amazing sitting balcony castle view. Parking the car was easy as well on the street. The host is super friendly and the nicest person!!!! He helped us carry big luggages on the way to the place and at checking out, helped w/getting taxi at check out, informed us on all the activities, showed how to use everything in the apartment, let us use an umbrella when it rained. I can’t say enough great stuff about the host!!!! Amazing host and amazing apartment!!! I would only consider this place if Again in Nuremberg!!!!!

The farm is restored with love of detail, everything invites you to relax and come down. We arrived here and were received so lovingly that we filled ourselves directly like at home. A temporary shared apartment. But away from lovingly designed 4 walls, it is the residents who fill the place with life. You can feel this immediately here, a warmth and openness that immediately let us relax and recharge. Thank you for this wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is private and clean. The pool was perfect for us. Would for sure stay here again, thank you for the lovely accommodations.

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really super equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is still a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely landscaped chicken coop that was very enthusiastic with our son. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. Surroundings is quiet and the view beautiful - here you can relax! A trip to the zoo or Playmobil-Funpark can highly recommend. In the Playmobil Funpark, take change gear with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.

Doris is a very friendly host. The apartment is great and clean. It is exactly as in the pictures. I had a very good stay! I strongly recommend it!

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!

Andrea was very welcoming and you definitely can see how much attention to detail she has put into every room. We liked the whole experience with whirlpool, terrace and the free Netflix. We would definitely recommend it anyone, who wants some fun and quiet time :))
