Apartment holiday rentals in Middle Franconia

The location was great. At the lake in 5 minutes! You can sit outside nicely. It's very quiet. To do business, you need a car or a bicycle. The lake center is worth seeing. We liked the trip on the trimaran.

We felt right at home. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, but enjoyed the very quiet yet central location during the time. There is an organic market, bakery and butcher right around the corner, also a public charging station is only a few meters away from the accommodation.

We - two adults and one child - spent two nights in Gaby's beautiful apartment and felt completely comfortable there. The apartment is beautifully quiet in Zirndorf and just 10 min. Drive from Playmobil FunPark. It has a separate entrance with a small front garden, which ensures privacy and comfort. Everything in the apartment was super clean and tastefully furnished, the kitchen fully equipped and even some extras like a coffee machine with capsules, filtered water or some basic foodstuffs Gaby provided! This surprised us very positively and we lacked nothing on the two days. Gaby is an extremely friendly hostess, she always responded quickly and helpfully to questions. We would love to come back anytime and can highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful new apartment in a new building and quiet environment. Great communication. Since we only used the accommodation to rest during a long trip, we know that we will return to Bastien for a longer stay to get to know the beauty of the surrounding nature and local customs. Josef and Lenka

We were guests at Herbert and his family's over the Pentecost weekend (we had contact with Franzi :)) and felt very welcome from the beginning. Everyone was extremely hospitable, which made our stay particularly pleasant. The accommodation was nice, tidy, very bright and friendly – you can tell that a lot of attention to detail is paid here. We would like to emphasize the cleanliness - everything was really very clean and well maintained. The area is ideal for nature lovers. There are many beautiful paths for walks, which we have used extensively with our dog. He was also warmly welcomed, which was a big plus for us. We were completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the accommodation!

I highly recommend Christine's apartment. It is located in the old town, so all sights are within a few minutes' walk, but still quiet, as it is in a less busy street without bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nicely furnished, everything you need is there. I didn't meet Christine, but her employee was on time at the meeting point and carried my suitcase up (3 floors via a spiral staircase - since I'm on foot, it didn't bother me, but even I would have been out of breath with the suitcase!). It was a very nice stay, if I go to Nuremberg again, I will gladly book with Christine again!

Tanya was an awesome host. The area is exactly how it’s described. This was the best affordable Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed. If we’re in the area again, we would book the same place!

a very nice cozy apartment in a very beautiful old building with nice courtyard. you can see that attention has been paid to the decor. There was even some fruit, drinks and a few toghurts prepared. Was great!

We had a wonderful time! The apartment is a perfect countryside getaway. We enjoyed all the birds that came to sing in the garden. The apartment is in the back of the house and behind is a big meadow covered in dandelions, where geese like to hang out. It is very calming. 5 minute walk to the lake, 5 minute car ride to the store and very nice bakery. Many good restaurants in the area (mostly car is needed). It was awesome to bbq in our yard or just relax with a book. Bikes are included. The apartment was pristinely clean. Arne and Sandrine are perfect hosts: friendly, responsive and kind people! We were very happy with our stay

I booked Uli's apartment for an employee on business and I received very good feedback from him. The check-in went smoothly and my colleague immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is modern and cozy, as shown in the pictures. The apartment is nicely bright and very clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you only have to shop to be able to feed yourself. A discount store is within walking distance. Uli himself is a friendly host and it was a very nice stay. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

Very good accommodation. Street parking possible even if not very wide. There's everything you need and it was clean. First time I've seen an OLED TV in an Airbnb. Unfortunately, there are no shutters, so daylight easily enters. A little traffic in the street and a train passing by not far away, but it remains discreet.

We had a nice short stay at Dario's. The communication was great and we were personally received. Dario had a few good tips for us to go out to eat. The apartment is very clean and well equipped, we also got along very well without a kitchen. For us personally, it was a little too loud at night due to the nearby road, but if you leave the windows closed, it doesn't bother you. You are super connected, quickly on foot in the city center and also quickly to the subway.

Check-in was hassle-free, we were allowed to use a parking bay directly. The apartment was very nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was really super equipped - everything you needed was easy to find. There is still a 2nd small apartment, Liz also lives in the house - that's just good to know. There was a nicely landscaped chicken coop that was very enthusiastic with our son. It is recommended to have the whirlpool explained in peace. Surroundings is quiet and the view beautiful - here you can relax! A trip to the zoo or Playmobil-Funpark can highly recommend. In the Playmobil Funpark, take change gear with you - because there is a lot to play with water. Liz was friendly and available for questions.

Everything worked smoothly, Sarah and Manuel were very helpful and friendly, I can only recommend it.

We adored the city of Schwabach; there is as much or as little to do as you want. Restaurants are excellent and Nuemberg is close enough to go often. It’s a big city but easy to Navigate. A walk along the Schwabach canal toward Gustenfelden is heaven!!

Highly recommended and well-equipped new accommodation. The landlords were very friendly and quickly accessible at all times. Individual requests and questions were answered directly and easily. An all-around great stay in an apartment that I would recommend to everyone.

It was a wonderful stay at Steffi's. The apartment is fantastic. The location is super nice and green, yet very central. I felt very comfortable, was able to relax well and would be happy to come back. Steffi was always available when I had questions and always helped me a lot. The apartment has everything you need. Clear recommendation!

A large. clean apartment with everything you need for a nice holiday. Towels are changed in between if needed. The landlords are very thoughtful and kind. We would book the apartment again at any time.
