Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Spalt

It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Anything you need is present. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for getaways in the region.

We were received and looked after in a very friendly manner. Accommodation and amenities were as described. We will be happy to come back.

Oliver is friendly and helpful, good communication,I left my coat at the apartment, Olivier responded very quickly and worked out the solution with me. The apartment is very cozy and easy to access old town and groceries like Aldi. Strongly recommended.

The week in Solnhofen with Bruno was great. The location is ideal for exploring the Altmühl Valley and its surroundings in a variety of ways. We hiked, took bike tours, and took trips by train to larger and smaller cities. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to paddle on the Altmühl. From a culinary point of view, we liked the café of the Solnhofen Klosterbrot (so delicious!) and the restaurant "Alte Schule". The Bürgermeister-Müller-Museum is definitely worth a visit. The apartment is great - very well equipped, clean, cozy. We felt very comfortable. And we always felt well informed and supported by our landlord. A clear recommendation - also for us, if we are drawn to the Altmühl Valley again.

Quiet private oasis with roof terrace in the historic ensemble in the old town. Everything you need for a successful vacation is within walking distance. We slept very well in the bed and enjoyed the days in the beautiful Eichstätt.

There were no problems checking in or out; The area is very rural, but somewhat larger towns are very close; For us it was very suitable and we would definitely book it again if we want to go back to Rothenburg. Greetings to the hosts Diana, Meg and Friedrich

We were a group of 11 people with a dog. Upon arrival we were amazed by the really super nice house. There is more than enough space for everyone. Also to retreat. Everything is very stylish and thoughtfully decorated. It was clean and the amenities as described in the listing. In the house, there is a folder with various tips and contact points in the area. There was no question left unanswered. We were all very comfortable. My personal highlights were the yoga room and sauna. A dream :) Thank you for this great place to stay. My family enjoys renting historic properties, and we’ve been fortunate to have done so many times across the world. The challenge for owners of such properties is keeping the historic authenticity and charm of a place while also creating a space that is free from centuries of grime, comfortable and satisfies our modern expectations of efficiency. We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

A beautiful, old half-timbered house, stylishly restored and furnished, awaited us. Martin was a very courteous and friendly host with tips for activities in the area (restaurants, adventure playground, swimming spots on the surrounding lakes, etc.) The horses in the yard and the garden with play equipment were of course a special highlight for our children. There was also plenty of space in the house and lots of play and entertainment options. For us parents, local beer and wine specialties were waiting in the "minibar". So there was something for everyone. Always happy to come back!

We really enjoyed it! The apartment is well equipped and great for relaxing as a family after a day full of excursions :) The hostess was very very nice and always gladly helped us and responded quickly! Glad to come back!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

We had a great week at the Bühlhof. The farm is very nice and cozy, the animals were the highlight for the kids - and we adults were able to relax superbly. We thought the location was pretty good because you can easily reach many exciting places. Kim's tips, which can also be found in the guestbook, were definitely worth a visit. The apartment itself is one of the best Airbnbs we've been to so far. It is cozy and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, the fireplace creates a great atmosphere. It was all sparkling clean and Kim thought of so many details - I only had to bring half of what I usually bring to other vacation rentals. In the kitchen there is really everything, utensils anyway, but also oil/vinegar/spices plus coffee and tea. The bathroom also lacks nothing (my daughter loved the hair care). A little surprise was waiting on every bed. We absolutely recommend the apartment.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

Wow! This was one of my most enjoyable and memorable vacation homes that I’ve stayed in. It was first class feeling in a way my wife felt safe and very comfortable while having a unique vibe with the beautiful loft and vaulted wood ceiling. The hosts were extremely helpful and gracious and we would definitely hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Neuburg isn’t in many foreign guide books and maybe we should keep it that way. The apartment is smack bang in the middle of the old town but the contrast couldn’t be bigger: it is very up-to-date and has amenities that older folks (like us) don’t even know (listening to your favorite music under the shower???) Anyway, it’s beautiful and comfortable. We loved the BIG table, the couches in the television corner, the two small chairs at the entrance when you climbed 3 stories and needed (and wanted!) to take your shoes off. Simply great.

This place was so cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. I was able to cook several meals in the kitchen, which had everything necessary for that. Also loved being able to do laundry. My kids enjoyed the toys and games.
