Holiday rentals with lake access in Spain

Rafa is hands-down one of the best posts I have experienced. His gracious hospitality was superb – demonstrated in remarkable attention to detail throughout the home, care to ensure everything was perfectly set for a smooth and restful welcome, and proactive local tips to make sure I had what I needed. RAFA was also exceptionally responsive and gave many local recommendations throughout my stay – even setting up some beautiful experiences on my behalf. His home is a unique mountain respite – perfectly demonstrated by the photographs and lovely in every way. Very grateful for the week I spent at LaRocca. 🙏🏽

Everything was amazing, Pia is a super attentive and kind charm, so the stay was great. A very bohemian place, just to disconnect and feel "isolated". The views, better than you could imagine, and so many things to do and see there. And the charm, what I have loved the most is having those kittens that I love so much and that little dog Pipi that greets everyone, receives them and comes for caresses. WE'LL DO IT AGAIN, PIA, HUGS!

Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time in the area and at Paloma's place. Highly recommend. Massood

I really enjoyed my stay in the penthouse of Oceana Gardens in Estepona. The apartment was really beautifully decorated and equipped with every conceivable comfort. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. There is a spacious balcony and if you sat there you had a view of the mountains and the sea in the distance. The area is wonderfully quiet, ideal to relax. The presence of a gym was a nice bonus for me. For those who love good food, there is a good restaurant La Famillia within walking distance that is absolutely worth a visit. A car is recommended, because then you are in about 15 to 20 minutes in the center of Estepona, where you will find plenty of restaurants and the beach. In short, a perfect stay if you are looking for luxury, tranquility and comfort in a beautiful environment. I will definitely be happy to come back!

The location was perfect, the house is breathtaking, even more beautiful than in the photos, Valentina and Michel are always available to answer questions or needs. An absolutely gorgeous, luxurious villa in a peaceful location with spectacular views of the sea... pictures don't do this place justice. My family had a wonderful time, and we all wish we could've stayed longer than a week. The hosts were responsive, lovely people who kindly showed us around when we arrived. The only thing that could pose a potential issue is the elevator, which was out of order during our stay. If you have older or less mobile folks in your group, confirm with the hosts that the elevator will be functional during your stay. All five bedrooms are downstairs, and the common areas are upstairs. Overall, this place was virtually flawless: quiet, clean, large enough that even a group of nine people could find personal space, and equipped with a well-appointed kitchen so you don't have to go out for food all the time. Play the piano, sit in the sauna, swim in a pool, or lounge on the balcony; you'll certainly find peace and tranquility. 100% would stay here again!

We absolutely fell in love with Salamanca and we were also delighted to be based in Miguel’s very stylish and comfortable apartment. It’s in a great location - steps from the beautiful Roman Bridge and a short walk into the Old Town with lots of bars, restaurants and wonderful sights. Salamanca is so walkable and after a day on our feet it was great to get back to Miguel’s for a rest on the sofa. Bed was comfortable, shower excellent, apartment spacious. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect way to end a couple weeks in Europe. It was so easy to walk to the beach, and we enjoyed the space. The beds were very comfortable.

Lourdes' apartment is fantastic, refurbished, it is very comfortable and despite the outside temperature (nearly 35°) always cool and ventilated. The terrace, which offers a view of the sea and the bay of Roses, is worth the trip alone, as the beach is at the foot of the building without a road to cross. Lourdes and her husband are very friendly and attentive to their guests, we will come back.

Absolutely amazing stay at Dorian’s place. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach! It is about 30 min walk to the centre, but we actually preferred being this side of the rock and away from the business. Dorian has provided everything you need for your stay, the apartment is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. Of course as it is an apartment in flats there is some expected noise but considering the location is right on the promenade it is very quiet and mainly you can just hear the noise of the sea! Our main regret is that we did not stay for longer. Thank you again Dorian!

We were Aart's guests in Benimantell for 4 nights, but definitely wanted to stay there for a week. The location is beautiful, the apartment full of comforts and on colder evenings the pallet stove! An apartment in which you can cook extensively, while enjoying the view of the mountains. The apartment with its many stairs is very suitable for people going into the mountains, a nice warm-up for your muscles! Aart is a very helpful and communicative host, who had both a bottle of tasty wine and local olive oil ready.

First of all, Nicolas' friend is extremely kind. She welcomed us, gave us explanations about the place. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. And we clearly fell in love with the view from the balcony... If we go back to Benalmadena, we'll stay at Nicolas' again! The apartment is close to the beach restaurant and 30 mins from Malaga!

The host was great, polite, helpful, and super friendly. She responds right away. The apartment was super clean and has everything you need, elevator in premise. The views were amazing to the pool and the beach. 5 min walk to the beach walk in distance to many places, stores and restaurants. We wish we stayed more days. Pablo is a very attentive and kind host. The Tower is very cozy and is in perfect condition and clean. It has everything you may need for your stay. Definitely highly recommended. We'll be back!

Lina's accommodation is a dream! For over 15 years, I have been visiting the region twice a year and know many houses and fincas there. Lina's house surpasses by far any view of the lake and the distance ever experienced. The selection of seating options could not be better. The pool is clean, large and offers not only cooling, but also a view that cannot be captured in pictures. The house is built of stone and shows the wooden beams of the roof construction. The bathrooms, beds, kitchen and everything else are high-quality and traditionally furnished. We will definitely be back! The contact and communication were very courteous and also dog and child were very lovingly greeted. Check-in and check-out are uncomplicated. 100% recommended!!
