Loft holiday rentals in Spain

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The host always made himself available to help us out and at check in gave us a tour of how to access the metro, the grocery store, coffee shops, etc! This Airbnb felt like home and was extremely clean. I have zero complaints and would 100% stay here again if I would come back to Barcelona!

We had the most amazing 4 nights in Madrid. The apartment was ideally located, very central and easy to walk to main attractions. Apartment was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Christine was a wonderful host who made our holiday in Madrid even better. I would highly recommend this wonderful little apartment that has been so cleverly designed. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

A truly wonderful apartment in Alicante. Very nicely located, very quiet, although you have the street in front of the house. In the apartment itself, you can only hear the sound of the sea. The beds are super comfortable, slept so well. We would definitely come back again! Thank you for the beautiful days in Alicante!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was perfect and the terrace was amazing. We spent so much time out there enjoying the million dollar views. The apartment has everything you could want. Everything is within walking distance. Lluis and his wife were the ultimate hosts. As we arrived by train, Lluis met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. We enjoyed his company very much. I don’t believe we have ever had a better host in all of our travels. We cannot recommend staying with Lluis enough. We will return and stay even longer next time.

This place was wonderful. So clean and we loved the old building that has been renovated. The courtyard and pool was fabulous. Above our expectations. We were lucky to find this gem.

Maria Carolina's accommodation is very well located, with the beach a few meters away and unbeatable views. The house has all the amenities and it is well taken care of. The only point would be that the community pool was not available due to construction and we were not notified. However, the experience, in general, was very positive. Recommended.

Spacious apartment with a very pleasant terrace in the evening. Close to the main tourist areas, we did everything on foot. Antonio and Laura were very welcoming with very useful recommendations. We had a great time.

Fina's loft is truly a gem! We spent a wonderful few days in the apartment and we wish we stayed longer! The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, we loved the decor and how well thought the space is. Fina is very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. We have visited many airbnbs but the experience at Fina's was outstanding for us, it felt more like a boutique hotel, with a personal touch :) we hope to be back!

A genuinely lovely place right in the centre of Seville. Great value for money, clean and comfortable. A couple of things to be aware of. Wifi intermittent if you need it and can be a bit noisy occasionally during the night(to be expected in the centre but do expect it). Need to have an ironing board with a cover on and wine glasses. Things to be aware of but I would recommend this place if you want to stay central.

My partner and I loved our stay. The location was great; good transport. Bus 26 to city centre efficient and cheap. Bike hire gives access to the whole city with bike routes everywhere. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. We felt very much at home. Rafa was so efficient, friendly and communicative. Easiest access ever. Thanks a million 🙏

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Fun space and it was very clean. We couldn’t figure out how to make the dryer work, despite efforts of setting the dry cycle. No big deal. There’s some noise from neighbors and thin walls, the first night we’d thought someone broke in until we realized. There are many spots to lounge and it’s decorated so cute. The bed was comfy as well!

We loved staying at the loft. Felt at home and immersed in Madrid. Great location and easy to get to all of the sites.

Before we arrived at Ron's apartment, I wondered why all the guests were raving about Ron and his apartment. We arrived in the afternoon and Ron was waiting to show us at the unit and he took the time to explain everything about the unit, why to find things and all the places and things to do around the area. He laid everything out everything with what I would call an engineer precision. During our short stay, my family and I tried had fun trying to think of something that we need that Ron did not provide, and we just could not think about anything. There was even milk for our coffee, which we also used with our cereal. The unit is lovely, spacious, extremely clean and in a good location within walking distance to everywhere. While our stay was short, it was a great place to rest on our fairly long family vacation. Will highly recommend. The apartment and Ron lived up to the high expectation.

The accommodation is very spacious for two. The equipment is very complete. The bedding is of very good quality. There are shops nearby and parking was easy. The city center is 35' on foot or 20' by bus, so easily accessible and in the morning the walk is pleasant.

Absolutely loved our stay here - lovely space to stay in, really great location . Everything was within a 5 minute walk - the beach, a tram stop, coffee shops, supermarket, etc We hired bikes & enjoyed going into the city. At times - there is that drain smell that other reviews mention but that seems to be specific to the area rather than the apartment - certainly not enough to put us off. Pedro was great at communicating - very responsive. Would definitely stay again 😍

The place is new, has all the amenities needed and is very nice and nice. It is located in the center of town, in a beautiful and very quiet area, perfect to disconnect a few days (as long as you do not go on the dates when the town is in fiestas). It is all a tipzo to also have both patio and terrace in these summer months. Very attentive and kind hosts at all times. The only thing I could mention that I didn't understand much is the requirement that they put on some fabrics that cover the chairs in the living room if you are traveling with a pet. But even considering that detail, I would definitely repeat it again. Thank you very much for everything!

Very flexible nice host. Lovely spacious sunny loft with good wifi and all the comforts. Absolutely recommended.

Very cozy loft, with all the details of utensils. The pellet stove is a success to warm the rooms, a very central area. Good restaurants around. No problem parking the car, close to hiking trails. We will repeat again if we come back in that area. thank you very much

Rosa is very responsive and has always been available when I needed advice. The apartment is large, there is everything you need, easy to park, quiet! I recommend it:)

Excellent apartment, it matches the photographs shown, the only downside is that there was neither a hair dryer nor an iron. Otherwise, everything is correct, a pleasure!

The stay was great. Apartment very close to the city center and the beach. Very clean and tidy. A beautiful terrace. Everything was great with Angela. He always responded to everything very quickly and clarified all our doubts at the same time. We will definitely repeat!
