All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. The vila itself is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space is very well designed so you can spend whole day outside Carmen and Rafa are very friendly and polite hosts who are taking extra mile for their guests! We would highly recommend this place for all travellers!

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Excelente. Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Tanto la casa, como la ubicación, la limpieza, y los anfitriones han sido de 10! La casa es maravillosa. Tiene todo lo que una familia necesita para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Desde las dos terrazas se ve el mar y la brisa marina es ideal para dejarte llevar y relajarte. Nos ha encantado la decoración con muy buen gusto y la organización con etiquetado para encontrarlo todo. No escatima en detalles. Así como la higiene. Impecable. Lo recomendamos 100%!! The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Jacques at his beautiful Airbnb in December where we spent our Christmas holiday. First and foremost, he is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and kind. No matter what question we had regarding the stay, no matter what time of day or night it was, his answer was prompt and always accurate. He helped us with restaurant recommendations, local sights to explore and finding the perfect local hiking trails. The Airbnb itself was lovely, super clean and very comfortable. From the wonderful beds to great linens, amazing sea, and mountain views to the well-stocked kitchen, we hardly had a reason to venture out. It is spaced out over two floors so lots of privacy for everyone, as well there is a clothes dryer which is a real bonus in the EU. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home if you have the chance. We will be returning in the future and thank you again Jacques, your assistance and kindness was much appreciated. J & K

David’s place is in a lovely quiet residential area. There are some great local cafe/bars and for anyone who likes a craft beer or two, there’s a brilliant craft beer bar in the next block along. Only a short walk, about 5 minutes, to the metro and the beachfront. The flat is great, lovely and clean with all the essentials you need. David even left some bottles of water, some fruit juice and milk for our arrival. I would definitely recommend David’s place. Thank you.

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Pasamos casi una semana en el condo de Sonia y lo disfrutamos mucho. El barrio tranquilo, la vista del mar a lo lejos y a los flores desde la terraza, la piscina, etc. El condo estaba bien equipado y cómodo. Todo era funcional y agradable. Situado en el límite de Torremolinos y de Benalmádena, estaba a unos diez minutos a pie de una estación de tren y del puerto deportivo, con muchas tiendas, restaurantes y actividades. Y a 3 minutos a pie de un supermercado. Muchas gracias Sonia por tus respuestas rápidas, tu flexibilidad y tu amabilidad!

This was our second stay and again it didn't disappoint. We love the location with a stunning sea view. The apartment gets the midday sun which is perfect for us sitting on the balcony in the afternoon, evening. Easy access to the beach with a fob for the lift. Short walk to the square were there are lots of nice restaurants and a cocktail bar. We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to again in the future and explore further.
