We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Quite a walk into Southwold. about 25 minutes. a little bit too far if your not a good walker. Unfortunately bus service not available in the evening.

This is a tastefully furnished beautifully decorated home. It was also spotlessly clean. It’s only a 15 minute walk into Beccles. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

The house is stunning- beautifully designed and decorated with a warm and cosy feeling! The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing! There are lots of places to sit and chill out within the house too- and outside. All facilities are provided in the kitchen too! Great family stay!

a lovely location and property. Great it has a car charging point. Worked really well for our disabled friend. really well equipped, even included doves for cooking! brilliant utility / drying room. At checkin Caroline, the owner, was worried about car noise from the road, we weren't. it was not an issue for us and she says the road is soon to be closed from one end anyway. Lovely log burner, house got too warm!! All in all a lovely experience, would go again

Great location - we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and RSPB Minsmere. Kitchen had all the equipment needed to make an evening meal. The bread, milk and coffee left by Linda was much appreciated. I usually book somewhere with a separate living room area, whereas here it’s quite close to the bed. However, it was great to be able to use the outside space instead as we had nice summertime weather.

We stayed at Cowslip Mead for two nights it was absolutely stunning,I really could not fault one thing about this place and hosts were extremely friendly and helpful,The Annexe is full of beautiful things so tastefully thought through, unfortunately the weather was not too kind to us but we had lovely meal on Sarah's recommendation and we curled up by the log fire and fairy lights and watched TV on the TV in such peaceful luxurious surroundings ,Well done Sarah it's a credit to you thank you for the cookies and the coffee tea etc we enjoyed them ,Hope to return when in area as it's so handy for Norfolk/Suffolk cost Yvonne & Anthony

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed at this beautiful, iconic house with extended family and it feels like a second home to us which is why we keep coming back. It’s in a prime spot, with stunning sea views especially from the top floor bedrooms, and it’s lovely to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach nearby. The house is very well equipped with everything you need and suits different generations well as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Southwold is a wonderful destination whatever the weather, but we were particularly lucky this week to have warm sunshine most of the time, meaning we could sit outside on the first floor terrace of the house and enjoy the crazy golf down by the pier. Thanks to Barbara for being a very friendly host as always. We will be back again soon!

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house, it was a fantastic place for a family to stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the lounge was comfortable, and the bedrooms were relaxing - the children loved the bunkbed! It was all beautifully decorated, and loved the children’s painting on the stairs. Very handy to have a parking space outside too.

The best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in - every need was catered to - from the fully equipped kitchen to reading glasses, usb port plugs and toothbrushes! A truly lovely cottage in a beautiful area - I would definitely recommend

I stayed at Claire’s place for two weeks as I was working in the area. It was a comfortable, stylish and welcoming home that served my purposes very well. The facilities were great and there were thoughtful touches such as extra blankets, hot water bottles and the offer of fans if needed. Claire was always really helpful and quick to respond to any communications. A very reasonably priced accommodation that was really well located - a couple of minutes away from the beach. Thank you Claire for a lovely place to stay!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Lovely house , plenty of space for al the family , all you need is there for amenities in the house , lovely welcome bag with coffee biscuits and wine Location is fantastic , if you choose to eat at home and relax at home indoors it fantastic And new oven is great. If you are arriving during the day during busy times weekends / great weather you may find getting a parking space difficult but in the evening once the day visitors have gone it’s ok We would go again

The Lite House is a very special place for a big group looking for a memorable holiday. We had a wonderful few days with our children, playing on the beach and exploring the Suffolk and Norfolk coast. The Lite House is better than the photos with heaps of space for families to spread out and relax. We loved how many children’s games and toys were in the house to play with.

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.
