Lovely spacious and comfortable property with great views of the river and Sutton Hoo. We really enjoyed the river walks and proximity to Woodbridge.

This place is a great find and I am glad I did. just what was needed to relax and unwind and have time to myself. Property very nice, clean and tidy, looks new. The area is a nice place to be in and you are spoilt for choice with local shops etc. Not far from the beach and other places. Andre is a great host, very responsive with any queries or issues raised. Will definitely book again sometime.

We had a lovely stay. Small but spacious if that makes sense. We loved the view from the living room and the walk around the area as it was just so close to the sea. All the needed equipment were provided, the apartment was aesthetically decorated. We will definitly go back if we are heading that way. And the hosts were very responsive and was quick to answer queries and help out. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay fantastic location for us and the apartment was really clean and well stocked. Host was really helpful and communicated well throughout Apartment has pretty much everything you could need we loved the ice machine as it was scorchio probably could have done with fans for the bedroom although there is one Dyson fan for the apartment. We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

This is a very special find. Every detail of the flat has been prepared with love and care. It’s a creative quirky space full of beautiful things. The location is only a couple of minutes from the start of the arty precinct leading into Norwich; lots of cafes and bars and studios on the walk into town. I used the back stairs once I got in- just easier to navigate . Communication from Tony and Caryn was friendly and clear and went above and beyond. Thanks😌

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

Little studio with everything you need. very quiet and very good bed. very close train station, less than 10 minutes on foot.

First time visiting Colchester and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Home from home and the location was absolutely perfect, literally right next to the castle park and less than a 5 minute walk to the castle and high street. Peaceful and super clean. Reilly was the perfect host. Friendly, responsive and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in. Bed was comfy and linen was clean. The bathroom was also spotless! Thank you for having us and we will definitely be returning. 5 star 🌟 stay x

Lovely accommodation would stay again. Very relaxing. Bed comfy, linen crisp and clean. Nice and comfy sitting area. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely grounds to the front for marsh view to use. Nice little table and chairs and bench to sitting out. Lots of lovely places to visit. Thorpeness, Snape, Southwold, Bury St Edmunds, Flatford, Aldeburgh had it own little independent shops, lovely coffee shops, bakery,cheese and wine. Love walks along the beach.

Lovely place perfect for what we needed. It looked like we were one of the first to stay there, such was the cleanliness. Lots of shops nearby

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Stunning views from an equally stunning property ...it is as the pictures describe . So beautiful . (The hot tub is easy to light , we used 4 woodies firelighters to get it going but had we not have read previous reviews we probably wouldnt have taken the logs , you will need 4 bags ) The hosts are both lovely and very helpful..Lovely walks from the property , to the tiny village and down to the estuary.....Thank you for letting us have a share in the beauty of this place. We look forward to returning.

Very friendly host. We had reached the stay very late but the check-in was hassle free. Met the host in the morning, she was very pleasant and friendly.

A lovely family lives here, and the room is as advertised: very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The location is perfect, a 5 min. walk to town center, with all the shops and restaurants. The apartment is in a very quiet street, which was great at night. The host and her family are very responsive, friendly and make you feel at home easily. I had a very comfortable stay.
