Holiday rentals with a pool in Southside

The view and pool are amazing! The inside was nicely done and well equipped. If you’re looking for something with a view and pool and not far from town, this is a great option.

The unit looked just like the photos; it was pretty, well kept & clean. There’s an amazing view. Located in a quiet area.

Check in was easy and the Mgr Jerscilla provided recommendations with airport transfers, jeep rental, and excursions. She greeted us and walked us through the layout and use of modern electronics of the villa. It was stocked with snacks, coffee, water, paper towels, seasoning, and basic condiments that were very appreciated. Those items add up when you need to buy a few things from local grocery stores. The villa set up has the courtyard in the center with pool, games, outdoor dining, outdoor bar, TV lounge area, and Sonos speakers. I have these at my home. Kitchen, dining and living on one side with bedrooms and bathrooms on the other. We really liked the bidets and quality TP! A perfect set up for privacy that was gated. We will go back and will stay here again if it’s available.

Sea La Vie was the perfect St. Thomas escape. The space is clean, stylish, and peaceful, with a fully stocked kitchen that made cooking at home a breeze. The pool area was a highlight – quiet, with plenty of lounge chairs and an incredible ocean view that we never got tired of. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, and the location made it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying dinner on the deck, every moment felt like paradise. Highly recommend!

Michael and Jenny were above and beyond the best hosts we have had from AirBnB. From the beautiful location, amazing recommendations, and easy going demeanor you couldn’t ask for more. Everything about the description is accurate and you can expect the view to be even better in person. They also provided a detailed cottage guide that clearly stated guest expectations and provided amazing recommendations for beaches/restaurants/groceries/etc.

Great view! very spacious! We enjoyed our stay & would come back again. It can be a little difficult to locate even with instructions, but once located no additional issues getting into the house. You should definitely rent an SUV or Jeep to get around the island and to get up the driveway at the property. Host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected. The local co-host (Donovan) provided some local food options & less busy beach options.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early & greeted at the home with a tour from the host. The view was breathtaking! The pool was a huge addition to our stay. Would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting St. Thomas with family or friends. Everything was close by food, beaches, stores etc.

My experience at this Airbnb was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The property itself was stunning, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the host. From the moment I booked, the host was super friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything needed. Upon arrival, they welcomed me with warmth and genuine hospitality, offering great recommendations on local restaurants, hidden beaches, and must-see attractions. Their insider tips on ferry locations helped me make the most of my trip and discover spots I never would’ve found on our own! They were always available when I had questions, and their passion for the island really shined through. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but this one stands out as one of the best. If you're heading to St. Thomas and want a relaxing, enjoyable, and hassle-free stay with an amazing host, look no further.

Great Hosting and the communication channel were always open and positive.

Beautiful location and condo. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Couch was clean and kitchen felt very clean. Gym was highlight, great updated equipment. Beach was stunning and loved snorkeling off the beach at the condo.

Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Limetree and it won’t be the last. The location, amenities and overall experience continue to exceed our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay! The views from the condo were absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and scenic spot to wake up to each day. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, making it a relaxing place to come back to after exploring the island. The hosts were great—they checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Limetree Beach Resort! From start to finish, everything was smooth, relaxing, and just what we needed. Having a restaurant right on the property was a huge plus—it made grabbing a delicious bite to eat so convenient after long days of exploring. The atmosphere at the resort is peaceful, the beach is beautiful, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. The location was easy to get to the ferry to St. John. Deena was fantastic throughout our entire stay. Her communication was prompt and helpful, and she gave us great recommendations that really made a difference in our trip. She helped make our stay stress-free and memorable. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Limetree to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in St. Thomas!

Prior to our arrival they made sure to provide a very detailed list of everything you can possibly do on the island to prepare ahead of time. You could really tell they took their time to make sure there was a variety of things to do, see and experience that would accommodate every adventure seeker! Introductions and home instructions were just as lengthy and thorough which I appreciate. They invited us to check in hours prior which was perfect as our flight had just arrived when we got their text. We were welcomed with goodies at our arrival! The views… AMAZING!!!!!! Perfect location too, everything was 20 minutes away in every direction! Being technologically challenged I had issues with the tv sound, again due to me, so I messaged Xaverie and she immediately made arrangements to come help! I highly recommend!!

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

I absolutely loved my stay at Linda’s place. It was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and well stocked of anything we might need. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. We had a little trouble checking in due to the WiFi connection in the area, but I was able to get in contact with Linda and she helped us out right away. She also recommended some restaurants and places to check out in the area during our stay. The grocery store wasn’t too far away so that was also a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Loved it ❤️.
