It was a great experience, if I’m ever back in the area I would definitely book this place again.

Highly recommend this home! Great location. Everything was within a 10 min drive. But then... why would you want to leave? Beautiful home. Clean. Stocked. And utterly peaceful. I've stayed many places and this home makes the top of the list. If you're looking for a comfortable place to relax and take in all the oceanside has to offer, this is it.

If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful and homie place to stay, I definitely recommend this house. Robyn was very attentive, clear with communication and helpful with everything. The house is also full amenities from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms to even the grill outside. This place was a 5 out of 5 for me and our friends who visited!

Pat’s Place was perfect for our family. We brought two sets of teenagers with us. Everyone had their space and enjoyed all amenities including the pool, the pool table, walk to the beach, coffee shop, ice cream, and Steamers restaurant. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and relaxing spot. Thanks Anna for your recommendations and quick response every time we had a question! We can’t wait to come back next time we visit OBX!

We had a great week! The pool table, corn hole and darts were geeat for the cooler days and evenings, we didnt even want to go out at night! We enjoyed walks to Bay Drive for the sunset too.

This is a fantastic home to stay in! I’m going to keep it in my watch list for future visits! The space is well laid out with a TON of sleeping space. The pool is very nice to have! It’s only a 5 min walk to all the downtown Duck restaurants and shops. Beach access is very close. Owner and property management are very responsive to questions/concerns. Loved this place!

We really enjoyed our time at Alan’s! We used to live in the area and love being in the woods, but close to the beach. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Alan was very easy to reach when we had a question. We love how the pool was easily accessible for adults, but not for our toddler. The master bed and suite were very comfortable. Great place!

What a wonderful place to stay! It is such a peaceful neighborhood and a great location. It is close to everything in Manteo, but set back from the hustle and bustle. The yard was big with a large deck, and a fire pit to sit outside. The kitchen and living room were spacious enough for our family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, the bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were super comfy. It was a lovely home away from home! We had a fantastic time and look forward to going back!

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! Very peaceful and quiet and an easy drive to restaurants and the beach. Super close to Jockey Ridge State Park. The bed was very comfortable and the space was great for two.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is organized and so clean. I love the little things that the host have for the guests like sound machines and boardgames which is very thoughtful. They also very responsive and friendly whenever we reach out to them.

This was such the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Super close to the beach and the sound and the bikes were a great additional!

We had such a great visit staying with Kristy! It was like staying with a family friend- she was so flexible with our late check-in, she was welcoming and accommodating. She had great recommendations for places to check out and even offered us beach extras like umbrellas, blankets, surfboards, and more. She made us feel right at home from the minute we arrived! The place is exactly as described. Even though it’s attached to her home, the apartment is completely separate with its own entrance. You get a full size fridge, basic kitchen amenities, a comfy bed and even an extra trundle bed which is new! It was less than a 3 min drive to the beach which was so convenient, and surrounded by fun shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We would definitely return!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were just like the pictures, very clean, and the hot tub was amazing. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to OBX.

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!
