Stayed for three nights at Sharon’s comfortable, and peaceful home. Would highly recommend. Sharon was friendly, proactive, and helpful - we felt well taken care of. The house is well appointed with thoughtful amenities and stylish touches throughout. Both bedrooms were quiet, and the bedding was great - we slept so well! Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful apartment that is right next to a bus stop. Fast and easy to get to all of the attractions. Sadé is fast to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice. This Airbnb was beautiful, sparkling clean and exceptionally well-equipped. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, showed how much care and attention had gone into creating a warm, welcoming space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a true home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the host. They were caring, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to the chance to return.

We had a great stay! The house was spacious enough for our big family, and the area was very nice with a great grocery store nearby. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. I would love to stay here again next time and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large family.

We stayed at Rhianna’s place for a long weekend, the place was perfect for our families - lots of space for kids when we were there and easy to get to museums and attractions when out exploring. She was very proactive and responsive throughout the trip.

Raquel and her team were a God-send at the last minute! Celebrating our son’s 5th grade graduation, we had a number of out of town guests and needed a place to stay so we could all be together. We were able to book same day and get in and settled later that night. We had a great time. We did have some power issues but Raquel was beyond proactive and her communication and responsiveness were first class. We were very grateful and already looking to stay again. Thank you Raquel!

Everything about this place was perfect for our family. The location was very close to public transportation in a nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as described in the listing with many extra, thoughtful touches. I hope that this residence is available for us again, because we would definitely stay there again when we next visit relatives in the area.

Deanna's home was perfect for our stay during Warped Tour 2025. Only a 10-15 minute drive from RFK Campus Grounds and the Museums in DC. Super clean and accommodating. Deanna is a splendid host and I would definitely rebook any time I travel back to the DC area!

The capitol hill apartment was the perfect spot for our travel needs. Super convenient for catching the metro trains and buses to anywhere you could possibly want to go. Teri made sure to stock the home with lots of coffee and goodies to help make you feel like home. Not to mention all the board games and roku TV! We had so much to entertain us. Communication could have been more timely, but we got to meet in person and overall it was a great stay. Thank you for everything! ✨️

My wife and I stayed here for several nights in June 2025, and recommend it without qualification. This is a beautiful private entrance apartment with a very large bedroom, well appointed living quarters, and 1 ½ baths. The location can’t be beat. It is in a very quiet neighborhood -- just a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro train station, and a 20 minute walk to the Capitol. Also just 1 mile from the Amtrak Station [Union Station]. Our host Sherry was a pleasure to meet and talk to, and she clearly enjoys taking care of her guests and making sure they have everything they need to be comfortable. In that regard there was nothing left for her to do, because pretty much anything that you might need while you are there is already available to you in the apartment. If you go, be sure to take a walk to see Eastern Market, which is also where the closest Metro train station is. We look forward to staying at the Inn on Capitol Hill again on any return trip to Washington.

Corbin’s place was exactly what we needed. We attended a music festival at the Festival Grounds at RFK and it was such a short and safe walk! It was clean and a great size for 2 people. We did have a small issue with the lock code but Corbin responded quickly with a solution! Also off street parking is a big plus!

This place was in a great location! One block from the metro and a nice bar/restaurant called Bullfeathers very close by. We would stay here again. The only addition I would ask John to consider is to add a small cutting board to the kitchen. John was a great host as he left us a wide assortment of snacks, answered our questions quickly and he left us detailed information with a map to help us even more. Thanks John we had a great time!

Rebecca’s place was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. So happy that our dogs were able to stay with us! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a path nearby that lead to a playground and area to walk our dogs. Will definitely stay again!

Lynn’s space was super cozy, close to all the sightseeing stuff and great restaurants, and overall in a beautiful neighborhood. The parking was a plus! Definitely will book again if I’m ever back in DC!

Had a great stay. Rebecca is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed including some snacks, breakfast items and plenty of coffee pods. House is in a great location for seeing the DC sights, close to the metro, restaurants, and Safeway. We also enjoyed the complimentary tickets to the O Museum. We highly recommend staying at Rebecca’s place.

One of the best places I have stayed. Gary was very accommodating and super helpful when providing detailed instructions to check in. Wished we had more time to stay and chat, however, we were only there for the duration of a conference nearby.

Bruce's place was perfect! The location made traveling around the city safe & easy. The space itself was roomy & private. Bruce & his wife, Vania were very kind & accommodating to our delayed flight and provided great informationon the area. The breakfast was fresh & delicious. We really enjoyed our time and would love to come back again and visit.

John's place is so lovely in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, easy to find and park, just 6 minutes to the Metro and train station by driving, 12-15 minutes to water front and King Street with bunch of restaurants. The bed is super comfortable, and all kinds of snack food in the room. The sweetest part is the peeled and sliced fruit in the refrig…John and Rick are very kind, we must choose here again and strongly recommend to those visit Alexandria.

We stayed in Katherine's place at a very difficult time - we came to DC for our son's heart surgery. We could not have been happier to be staying in such a comfortable, lovely, and truly homey place during this difficult time. The house is very practical, with a perfect lay out (it was my husband and I, our two kids, and our in laws staying at the house, and we had plenty of space). The play room and the variety of toys and books were absolutely amazing for the kids to be happy and entertained at home for hours on end, while my son recuperated from the surgery - the layout is excellent, because you can cook, or relax in the living room, while being able to monitor the kids at all times in the playroom. Katherine was very responsive, flexible and a please sure interact with at all times. The DC summer heat and mosquitos did not allow us to enjoy the backyard as much as we hoped, but in a different weather, the backyard would for sure be wonderful to enjoy.

What a perfect place to get away! Cozy, artsy home and such a lovely, warm host. She volunteered use of her rain jacket when I came unprepared, left a treat for breakfast but also left me in private to recharge. The bed was comfortable, with easy access to the bathroom and kitchen, gorgeous view into the trees over the deck, great water pressure. Odin, friendly doggins, was available for petting as desired but he was also the perfect, peaceful gentleman with no barking or other intrusive antics. I can recommend highly!

We absolutely LOVED our stay with Lindy. Her home is so comfortable and private. We enjoyed the deer in the backyard and having coffee admiring her beautiful garden. The bed was super comfy, with many thoughtful amenities including fresh flowers. She made us an amazing fresh fruit salad and delicious breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and serene with scenic places to run and enjoy the view of the bay. Thank you Lindy! We'll be back!

Very beautiful home and peaceful. The neighborhood was slightly tricky to navigate but absolutely beautiful. Loved getting some local recommendations of things to check out. Leslie & husband were friendly and responsive.
