Perfect base camp for hiking in both Crawford Notch state park and hiking along the Kancamangus highway. Clean, comfortable, and although it was hard to tell from the pictures, the bath tub in the back had jets! Perfect for soothing sore muscles at the end of the day so you could get up and go again the next day. Thanks so much, Ace, for such a pleasant stay.

Wonderful place and is conveniently located in Lincoln just a few minutes drive from Loon Mountain and downtown.

We had a wonderful week in OOB at the Seabreeze 1 unit. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of room to spread out. Unit was clean and we were very comfortable there. Looking forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed John’s place. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed and was clean. Looks just like the pix. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean! We had some trouble with the tv, and he came right over and took care of it. The only drawback was that almost everything around us was closed for the season, but they gave us a map showing restaurants that were still open. Great visit!

This is an adorable place to call home while vacationing. Our family of five loved the short walk to the beach, the low crowds at the beach, the access to the bay and the beautiful sunsets! The stunning kitchen and beautiful amenities in the home were the icing on the cake. We would stay here every year!

Wonderful place to visit. Close to the beach great parking and many great places within walking distance of the room. Everything was better than we hoped and we can’t wait for the opportunity to go back in the future.

We had an amazing time! I would highly recommend Atlantic Ocean Suites to anyone and everyone! Perfect location,beautiful rooms and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we had hoped for and much much more! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host! The owner and her staff is amazing and did everything possible to make sure we felt at home and had an amazing time! Weather it was more beach towels, beach supplies(toys, chairs, umbrellas,boogie boards, you name it), or a pack and play for the little one or even a huge pot to cook lobsters in along with all the tools she made it happen! We cannot wait to go back and are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you to everyone at Atlantic Ocean Suites!

We had a brief stay at Michael's unit. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and pier. The unit had all that was advertised and it was comfortable. Access was made easy with a wifi key on my phone. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful, albeit quick, stay and really appreciate the extra communication around possible weather coming in! Wonderful location !!

This is a great place to stay! Ace and his staff are super responsive and are very insightful about events and functions going on at the mountain and the surrounding area. The room was great and very spacious and clean. Anyone who is planning on staying will feel right at home with all the amenities and accommodations that the resort provides.
