Yurt holiday rentals in Southern France

It was a wonderful stay. The two dogs were the best friends of our son (6 years). Also very nice were the fresh eggs in the kitchen from their own chickens.. MEGA delicious... We will definitely come back when we explore Switzerland. Once again, many thanks to the hostess

We didn't want to leave. Next year we will come back. Ali and Matt are really great hosts. They are welcoming and always willing to help. We could feel that they really want to share with us the space that they have created with so much love and detail. The place is an inspiration for every every one who values self made things. We had a fantastic experience in the yurt. It is as beautiful and cozy as the photos suggested. We have slept well and exceptionally deep. Everything is full of nice, but also well thought through details. We love cooking, and the kitchen has everything we needed. Even the knives were sharp (first time in all those years of using AirBNB)! Some nights we made BBQ. The view from the terrace is amazing. You can even see the mediterranen sea in the distance. The yurt and the kitchen are nicely private, still not isolate as there are the other gites just a few stairs up the mountain. There are many activities that you can enjoy there. There are great hiking routes that pass through oak, chestnut and hazel tree forest, with creeks and natural pools. However, we spent most of the time just around the yurt and the pool. It was so relaxing. It's also an amazing place for kids. The pool kept our 5 year old son busy for hours, as did the trampoline. Our son also loved riding the donkey when we did a small hike with the other guests that was organised by the hosts. Ali can organise bread and fresh croissants every morning if you like. For us that was great as we did not have leave the place. Actually we only once to a super market in 7 days. The car stayed still. We decelerated instead.

It is a fantastic place, a very spacious yurt with a kitchen and bar all for the two of us. Two cozy cats and the bells around the necks of the sheep gave the place something extra. Magali is a special woman who belongs to the special place. We were planning to eat out nearby but because we liked the place so much we cooked ourselves.

Great stay in the yurt! Definitely a change from other places to stay for us. The yurt is quite high up and is therefore very private, which we liked. Kaitlyn is a super nice host who can give tips on beaches and restaurants. Also the homemade breakfast, which we could enjoy on the terrace overlooking Corsica, was always very tasty! We will be happy to come back :)

We are a group of friends of 4 and we were looking for an unusual place, quiet and in the countryside. We could not have hoped for more to recharge between us. This place perfectly combines back to your roots while allowing you to enjoy the comfort. We arrived in early May to sleep two nights. We were able to enjoy the sauna and heated pool that allows you to relax while enjoying a magnificent view. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with dining table and sofa sheltered from the nature lady elements. There are also plenty of places to visit and the Brioude market that Pierre gave us very much. There, time stops... you feel really good there and go back to reloading. To all nature lovers, I highly recommend this place! Thanks again to Pierre for hosting us and for his kindness. We'll be back, but longer this time!

Perfect! The place is just great, if you want to spend a quiet time I recommend it. The yurt is very spacious with all the comforts you need. The little plus the little farm, let alone the very hearty breakfast. I wanted to thank the host for their very warm welcome.

Something special in the middle of nature. A place to recharge and unwind. We really enjoyed our time there. Everything you need is there and very clean. Adi and Theo are very friendly and helpful. Respond very quickly to messages. We may even be able to check out later at short notice.

We had a great time in Rigtje's yurt, a really unusual place, cozy and so comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The location is peaceful and spacious, the perfect place to disconnect for a few days. We had the pleasure of enjoying the sauna for a small fee and playing with the curious chickens that approached us in the garden. In addition, there are very nice walks to do nearby. The accommodation is extremely well-equipped, there is absolutely everything you need even more. In conclusion, this is by far the best Airbnb we've ever done. We will return without hesitation. Rigtje is a great host, attentive, very respectful of our privacy, welcoming and very kind.

An instant and natural soothing thanks to the idyllic place and the little care of Jenny and Cédric. Very available for recommendations of local activities and open to suggestions / responsive to any requests. We also booked breakfasts and a dinner that were perfectly proportioned and delicious. We recommend the cottage in the yurt with our eyes closed. The sanitary and kitchen area is perfectly clean and practical! The yurt has the ability to give you a collected and cozy space. Our two year old had a super baby, had lots of interesting toys available, the terrace outside has a lot of intimacy and a spectacular sky for a good morning breakfast. The surrounding animals are very friendly.

For those looking for a relaxing setting and simple and sufficient comfort for a country break, the place is quite suitable. The Mongolian yurt contributes greatly to this. The welcome is cordial.

If you're looking for a natural place to rest and recharge, this is it! Total change of scenery!

Eric and Brigitte are very welcoming and cheerful hosts. A bubble of relaxation and paradise. We really came out of it with a smile and completely relaxed. Very nice experience in this beautiful yurt, very well equipped and decorated, with a huge plus for the meal, breakfast and private jacuzzi. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful yurt for 4 people in an exceptional environment with a breathtaking view. Very friendly hosts at the reception, simple and warm. We took full advantage of the relaxation area and more particularly the jacuzzi, installed outdoors, in this fantastic setting. The presence of the summer kitchen offers a good solution for being autonomous in terms of meals. Very nice moment of relaxation, with family, with "option without Wifii" for those who wish to rediscover the taste of before without the screens...

My spouse and I stayed for the first time in 2023 in Isabelle's yurt, and we loved it! So, to our great pleasure, we returned there during our road trip around the Cévennes. Perfect welcome! Relaxing, quiet place. The yurt is spacious and comfortable. Isabelle and her husband are lovely hosts :)

We had a great weekend in the heart of the vineyards in the yurt. The weather was autumnal, rainy and cool, but with the auxiliary heating it was perfect. A moment a little out of time, very rejuvenating. The wine tasting was very pleasant and Mathieu's wines were beautiful discoveries, original creations. We highly recommend it!

We had a great holiday mostly under the rain. The wood stove in the yurt makes it very cosy. There are nice walks to do in the area. Michael was friendly and helpful, and his neighbours as well!

Absolutely a top spot. Romantic in nature, yurt well equipped with everything you need - with warm outdoor shower and good toilet. Philippe and Olga are super friendly and warm people. Recommended! Plus: very beautiful surroundings and a good base to discover Cathar country.
