Holiday rentals with a patio in Southbank

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Thanks Helen and Amy!

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

5/5 mega stars ⭐️ Perfect modern apartment with gorgeous view in the heart of Melbourne. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the luxurious bathroom with washer and dryer and kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a feast including basic stable such as spices, tea, coffee, cling wrap etc. Most comfortable bed and sofa bed. Kids had the best time in the communal indoor pool and adults in the hot pool on level 7. We enjoyed our visit in Melbourne so much and are so glad we found this little gem. We will definitely come back to stay here for the Australian Open. The location is unbeatable as it’s walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and right in front of Southern Cross station and multiple other tram stations with cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bec was great in communicating with all our questions and needs and also allowed us a very late check out which was so kind. Thanks so much for having us and we will be back ❤

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was super cozy and clean, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The tram stop right downstairs made getting around the city so easy. Carleen was very friendly and offered us a late checkout for our afternoon flight. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Melbourne!

Hands down, Sandy's very lovely apartment is the most glittering gem in Docklands Melbourne - nice and sleek interior design that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable bed that you are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet and reclusive, right in front of the promenade, and the modern life and vibrancy is a stone's throw away; - Flexible check out（upon request); - Facilities just as described, almost brand new, wonderful. Simply the best accommodation in Docklands.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

We would definitely recommend the apartment to our friends & family when visiting Melbourne

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Vaquay Airbnb in Melbourne! The place was spotlessly clean, which made it such a welcoming and comfortable retreat. The amenities were top notch, everything I needed was thoughtfully provided, from a well equipped kitchen to cozy bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. The view was a highlight, offering a stunning panorama of Melbourne that I couldn’t get enough of, especially at sunset. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city’s vibrant attractions. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. I’d highly recommend Vaquay to anyone visiting Melbourne, it’s a gem that made my trip truly memorable!

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Great host with really clear instructions and responsive when I asked questions. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable too. It was ideally located and had a tram stop very close so we could get to wherever we wanted if it was further than a short walk away! I very much hope we can stay again if we come to Melbourne in the future!

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
