Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Southampton

Just the getaway for a peaceful autumn weekend with a wonderful water view, lovely grounds and setting. Mark is a very accommodating host and answers any questions quickly. The apartment is well supplied and a short walk to shops. A very relaxing stay!

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet, private and well equipped. Despite the train being directly behind us, the noise was not disruptive at all !(The walls were properly insulated ) The parking was secure and private. Great location

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

Moatez was a very nice host. His property is in a beautiful and quiet and very green area. The rental space is rather big and has a private entrance. I would certainly stay there again if I were in the area.

Brianna was a wonderful host! Our stay there made it an easy engagement weekend for us! She was quick to respond with our questions and let us do a late check out on our last day. Definitely would book with her again!

Great place to stay for a girls weekend! Close to town and was clean when we arrived. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay! Great room, cozy and comfortable! The Manor was very nice as well.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Erica and Janson's place was perfect for our group of eight to attend a wedding in the Hamptons. You cannot get closer to the North Ferry to Shelter Island and there are many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance... the pizza place next door is open late, PORT restaurant (across the street!) is great for waterfront drinks and dinner. While we didn't use it, the LIRR station from Manhattan is also 500 feet from the front door. Ample parking was appreciated and the place was spotless. Thank you Erica and Janson!

Grace’s home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was spacious, modern, and very clean.

Primael’s home was beautiful! It was exactly how it was described, but even nicer. The house has everything you need (kitchen fully stocked with plates/Tupperware, glasses, appliances, grill & grilling utensils, towels for beach and home, robes, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.). The backyard was amazing and the pool was great. It was a wonderful stay.

We have had several family vacations on the North Shore now, but this was beyond our expectations. Pretty much a private beach on LI Sound in your backyard. Amazing layout with a wrap around deck with three daybeds for lounging outside among the tall hardwood trees and listening to the waves. Hammocks, hot tub and sauna below with a private gym and knocked out theater setup for streaming movies. There were 5 adults and two three year olds on this trip so the 3 full baths were great. The house felt like home for 7 great days and nights. Rainy days were filled with train museums, an aquarium and butterfly gardens and a fabulous library. And the North Atlantic waves are a 25 minute drive. Oh , and everyone said the beds were super comfortable.

Michaela has been the perfect host. The house was more than prepared for our stay, with fresh flowers and of course very clean and with everything we possibly needed. She also made sure to have age appropriate toys for my children and bought weights and other items for work out in the house. She also provided recommendations on where to go including gyms and playgrounds. We will be back! Thanks Michaela!

Justin’s place was great! It was so quiet and peaceful. The yard was big for our dog to have plenty of room to run and play. The hot tub was awesome! Place was very very clean. Had everything we needed. The gym in the basement was an amazing feature too! Super quick 5 min drive to town. Great vibes! Loved it so much!

We enjoyed our stay at Brad’s. Ton’s of space indoors and out for five. Easily can fit four couples or 2 couples and 4 kids. We loved the quiet and private setting. Pool is excellent. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Clear instructions and great comms. Highly recommend.

This place was exactly how it was picture. Beautiful setting and had everything you needed. So clean that it seemed like no one lived there but it was well decorated that it made you want to live there. Thank you Ashley.
