Holiday rentals with beach access in South Haven

Beautiful place with nice balcony and comfortable furnishings. The bed was so comfortable. Easy to walk into town, and nice to have a restaurant right next door.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, easy to access, and reasonably priced. I’d recommend and would stay again!

My two girlfriends and I stayed here for two nights and it has the most beautiful view of Lake Michigan! We arrived later in the evening and were so thankful that our host left us with restaurant menus and recommendations, we loved the pizza. Place was clean and very well stocked with linens and even coffee and some water in the fridge. The beach is a steep staircase away (it was a bit rough, and my legs hurt, but it’s worth the trek). Also thank you sooo much for letting us use your beach chairs! We stayed on the beach from sunrise to sunset. It was magical and the views are to die for! Our only complaint would be the lack of communication that the host would be staying on site during the same weekend as us. The listing brags about a private beach and yet at one point the hosts wife appeared 15-20 feet sitting directly behind us reading a book. We felt like teenagers being watched by our mother. We decided to take a walk, and when we came back she was gone, but it was weird.

Loved the uniqueness of this property, which was both charming and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, great location that was walkable to shops, beach, lighthouse, eateries, etc. Would gladly stay again!

This apartment was clean and cozy. The communication from our hosts was quick and any concerns were addressed immediately (in our case we needed the heat to be turned down). A huge plus is the kitchen island which was great for sitting with a laptop. I will note that the bed is very firm, and you can easily hear people walking around upstairs. These are not criticisms, merely observations. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

The Neighborhood Hotel is located in a fantastic spot in New Buffalo, making it super easy to park in your assigned parking spot and walk everywhere downtown. The property is beautifully finished inside and out, and the A/C works great. There are lots of community outdoor space with different seating moments to accomidate your needs. The only issue we had was that the wifi was very spotty/did not work on the first day of our stay throughout the property, but it worked great on the second day. Overall I would recommend this property as a great hybrid hotel/AirBnB rental for anyone looking to explore New Buffalo!

We had a great stay here! Beautiful view of the lake and overlooked the pool. Short walk to a very private feeling beach with gorgeous sunsets. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Extra little amenities added a nice touch. Super comfy king bed. Quiet and peaceful area. Excellent communication and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Overall really liked the place! Very modern and high end feeling. The host was very kind and let us check in a little early. Our bed was comfortable and water pressure/shower were great. There’s plenty of space and everything is well stocked in terms of kitchen ware, extra towels etc. I really enjoyed being able to have a dog friendly space, my pups loved looking out all the windows/doors. The backyard although not fenced is pretty easy to contain dogs as long as they are somewhat trained. Super close to Douglas, holland and saugatuck. Felt very safe as well which is important to me.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The back yard area was a great gathering space!

Our family had a such a comfortable stay at Kerry's home. It literally felt like our home! Kerry was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind!

We loved our stay here. The house was great and had a great space for the kids. The location is great and very close to the park and beach. The house had lots of things for kids (toys, booster seats, stroller, etc). The kids all want to come back.

This was the 2nd time staying at the treehouse and it was even more lovely than the 1st time. The space is beautiful and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Charles and Jeremy went out of their way to communicate details to make our stay even better. We love it here and hope to return again someday.

My group of seven stayed at Carrie’s property for a girl’s weekend and it was amazing! The house is beautifully remodeled, clean and sits just two blocks from the beach and about five blocks from downtown South Haven. We walked everywhere and it was so convenient. Check in was easy, the fire pit outside was amazing and overall, we had a great time!

This location was perfect to accommodate our party of 8 adults. The home was modern and well furnished from the bathroom to the kitchen. We loved the outdoor amenities such as the fire pit and the hot tub. Tim had all the amenities and supplies to ensure we could take advantage of all the perks this listing had to offer. We will be thinking of this place the next time we want to get away.

We absolutely LOVED this place. We went for a girls weekend with 7 girls and the space was perfect for it. Whitney had everything you could need in the place and had so many local recommendations. The outdoor space was so unique and fun to have your own mini sand dune right outside. I would absolutely recommend this place and would rebook again for a stay in this area.

Saugatuck is a darling town and Robyn’s condo made it even more delightful. Wonderful neighborhood, very walkable to shops, restaurants and the water!

Felt very peaceful & private, but still just steps away from town. We decided to stay in town very last-minute & extend our trip — Debbie & Jeff were so responsive, flexible, & helpful! Super great spot with tons of room & great hosting space, if that’s what you’re looking for!

Carol and Sam are great hosts. The condo is modern and very nicely decorated. The view of the Black River is fabulous. The condo has everything I needed to make my stay a pleasure. The location is probably the best in South Haven. Many excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distances.

Great place, great location, easy to walk almost everywhere. The private beach was great. Patio and pool were well maintained and peaceful. Only downside is lots of stairs but really great place would stay there again for sure.

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

Brendan was very responsive, helpful and super nice. The place was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the condo was in a great location!!! A short walk to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
