Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South Fulton

Great place, perfect location, within minutes from the airport and GICC, which is what my family was looking for… All of our family and friends that visited with us to celebrate my daughter’s graduation, shared how much they liked the location and the house! Sitting out on the balconies was the highlight for me! I would definitely recommend this home for all your needs… it’s 20-30 minutes from all areas surrounding Atlanta. It’s peaceful and away from the city if that’s what your looking for! We would book again!

The host was lovely and the space was clean and exactly as pictured. It’s a simple spot that gets the job done; nothing flashy, but functional. The neighborhood has its own kind of charm, though it may not be everyone’s vibe. Still, for what I needed, it worked out just fine.

Absolutely stunning home in a prestigious neighborhood—within 30 minutes of prime restaurants, shopping, and countless other attractions. The house itself is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The host communicated only when necessary and was respectful of our privacy. As a bonus, the modern architecture is a pleasant treat and there's an excellent book collection on-site if you're into that kind of thing and have time to kill during your stay.

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

Zannetta's place is just is just what I was looking for, clean, easy to get to as well easy to gain entry. Looks just like the photos. My flight was delayed and we arrived at 2am and got in with no problem. Thank you!

It was peaceful. That master bathroom was to die for literally!! My favorite part of the house. Check in was easy and so was leaving! I didn’t have to strip beds and start laundry! And I love how there were extra trash bags, tissue, and napkins! I loved it. It was a short drive to all of my adventures. The towels and wash clothes were comfortable. it was seasonings in the cabinets. I really enjoyed this place.

Wow! This was one of the most amazing AirBNBs we have stayed at! Beautiful property, modern, comfortable and spacious Home. The design and layout is minimal and thoughtful, the home design is curated and cultured.

Tracy's place was a nice and cozy home. what drew me to it was the natural lighting, the space, the charming decor and 420 chill vibes. Upon entering, it was quick, easy, no hassle. The house smelled fresh and looked clean. Welcoming. Tracy does well with being a 420 friendly space and keeping her home pretty fresh. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Wifi worked fine, kitchen was full of everything we needed. My only complaints were, the bathroom didn't feel the cleanest, although very cute. The walls were a bit dirty and felt a little gross. Not a super big deal and didn't take away from the over all expecterience. The bedroom however, it was beautiful, but it definitely didn't feel as fresh as the rest of the house. The bed smelled like someone had been sitting and smoking in it. It was very noticeable when trying to sleep. The bed linens didn't smell freshly cleaned. They smelled slept and smoked in. Couple minor things but Id stay here again. Tracys home is beautiful.

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

I could write an essay on how incredible this place is. The photos just won’t do it justice. It can’t capture the peace and serenity you experience. It’s only fitting because Ms.Teresa herself exudes just that. We are never choosing another place in the area as long as this is around. This is our second time here and somehow it was even better this time around. The value far exceeds the cost. Canoeing on the lake was among the most peaceful experiences I’ve had. It felt like we had the whole lake to ourselves. I could go on and on about the cleanliness, the comfort, the attention to detail, but know that if you stay here you’ll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and tranquil.

Communication with the host was smooth. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time. It was clean. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip! The place was clean and had everything you would need, pictures do not do the place justice. It rained off and on during the weekend so outside of the activities we had planned, staying it was great as there were a number of streaming platforms available to watch a movie/show! Can't recommend enough and I'd definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful small studio. The highlight for us was the gorgeous porch - the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The studio is beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly serene. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - it’s nestled in a sweet neighborhood and just a short walk to great restaurants, local shops and everything you could need. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. I was there four nights and whatever I needed was there—from body wash to coffee. Lovely, big coffee cups! Perfectly quiet at night in the neighborhood. So convenient to my relative’s place! Leslie is delightful to chat with. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Olivia's place was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed. You want to be able to rest easily and well, in a place you feel safe in, and this place checks all those boxes. Everything was such lovely quality! For location, I was able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants, along with walking to my event easily and safely. Olivia's proactive and detailed instructions were incredibly helpful for being able to find and access the apartment, and she's 100% correct you should review them ahead of arriving. This has now become my go to for events in this area. Thank you for everything Olivia!

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
