The accommodations and location were perfect. West Ashley has a great vibe and good restaurants within walking distance. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We loved staying at T.J.’s place! It was close to Huntington Beach State Park and only 15 minutes from the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet. The pool was super relaxing and the place was quiet and peaceful. T.J. even surprised us on our last morning with donuts! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great Airbnb! Exactly as described. We ubered most places due to the weather so I’m not sure about walkability, but all Ubers to restaurants and shopping took under 10 minutes. Space was very clean and we had an extremely easy check in with clear instructions. Definitely recommend for a party of 2!

Exactly as described and shown. Peaceful, clean, huge TV with lots of streaming services, all furniture very comforable, beautiful interior. I can't say enough great things about this place. Joey himself was friendly and responsive. Any issue I had was taken care of rather quickly and he was friendly about it. We are already wanting to come back. This location is very ideal for anyone traveling to upstate SC. Thank you for offering your space, Joey. We felt at home.

Our second stay here. The place had everything we needed. She lives next door and I can tell she is making thoughtful upgrades over time.

OMG I can not express enough the peacefulness and how wonderful this place is . Mrs. Ruth and Mr. Bob are so sweet . It was exactly what I was looking for. Sitting out on the screened porch with coffee in the morning you can hear the birds it was wonderful. The rental was very well kept and very clean . I will definitely want and will be going back. Thank you Mrs. Ruth & Mr. Bob for a wonderful time.

We absolutely LOVED the carriage house! It was so clean and so welcoming. We felt right at home. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The living room couch was one of the best couches I’ve personally ever sat on. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. It was great having a full kitchen. The air conditioning made the house so cool, even in the 100 degree weather. Daniel Island is beautiful and it has everything you need in a walkable distance. Smythe Park was great for morning and evening walks around the pond. David and Shirlie was very friendly! We will definitely be back!

This was a very cute and quiet place. It is in the backyard of the host and the host were quiet. We felt very safe and it was nice parking in the driveway and not the road. The location is perfect. It is easy and quick to get to about anywhere you want to go. There is a very cute movie theater and pizza place down the road.

My husband and I had a wonderful 5 day stay at Georgia's apartment. Georgia's attention to detail was evident in each room. The furnishings and décor brings comfort and warmth to each space. We enjoyed a lunch of bbq ribs at Saltwater Cowboys (Shem creek) while we watched dolphins swim and pelicans dive for fish. We walked off our meal while striding down the Shem Creek boardwalk. We spent 2 days at Folly beach county park, soft sand and water temperature at 77F was lovely. We took advantage of the umbrella/sand chair rental which is delivered to your chosen beach spot. Upon request, Georgia provided us with big soft beach towels. Lastly, must say Mt. Pleasant is beautiful. I ran throughout the neighborhood (in training for a marathon), each house is beautifully distinctive, folks wave, and many bits of the town's history is displayed on sign plaques throughout. It was a great vacation for us!

Great place for an individual or couple to use as homebase when visiting Charleston. Has just what you need for a weekend.

Great place, really private and wonderful atmosphere. Went with my spouse and our two daughters and the loft sleeping arrangements worked amazing. We were worried at first since our youngest is 2 years old but there was an extremely Sturdy gate for the top of the stairs waiting for us which was a great touch, host even had some basic items in the fridge which was great and saved us some time in the morning. It is definitely private and away from the hussle and bustle which worked great for us. My daughters even got to chase lightning bugs which was a new experience for them (we live in an area where lightning bugs aren’t around)

Fun little space! Great kitchen for a tiny home if you like to cook. Only trouble coming with lots of food to prepare is there are so many restaurants, EXCELLENT restaurants, just a few blocks away. I strongly recommend "TOPSOIL"! I enjoyed my privacy and found it so easy to get on the road and go any direction.

This is a great airbnb for exploring Landrum, the foothills, and surrounding areas. It's not far from the freeway, but feels like it is out in the country. Phyllis is very friendly and extremely helpful. She has extra touches such as some continental breakfast items, real cream for the coffee, etc. The airbnb is spotless. Lots of natural light, an amazing shower, and a very comfortable bed. Great stay!

Beautiful, cozy little nook in a very charming neighborhood near downtown Greenville. Checking in and out was easy and secure. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean with fresh towels and bed sheets when I arrived. Nice amenities like a mini fridge, coffee maker, fan, Roku TV and a little eating table. I even got a chance to walk around the neighborhood one afternoon and it was very beautiful. Jonathan was super responsive and helpful! He even messaged me to warn me about a potential pop up storm that was coming through the area. I had a job interview in Greenville and the location of the house was literally only 5 minutes away. It’s a perfect location for access to all that Greenville has to offer, while also being in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

This was mine and my wife's first time in the Charleston area. I highly recommend this host, we have nothing but great things to say. the ability to check in early, the recommendations to food, activities and places to see, the comfort of the home and the thoughtfulness of having them leave a beautiful note and a bottle of bubbly for us due to our 8 year anniversary. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Thank you very much for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We were driving south with two cars and needed an overnight stop. We knew it was not right off the highway but wanted to explore Bluffton. We were not disappointed. The space above the garage was so comfortable, lovely living /kitchenarea, extremely large and comfortable bedroom with lots of closet space, dresser and even a washer/dryer unit in a closet! Bathroom was great too. The bed was so comfortable, soft sheets, slept great! The town of Bluffton did not disappoint either with lots of dining choices, small independent shops, and a fabulous local place for breakfast - owner visited with us at our table. Truly the town is a nice example of tidal living in South Carolina. Our hostess was quick to answer our questions so never had a concern. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

This airbnb is really cute! My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The guest house is so charming. We felt very comfortable staying there. The location was perfect, only 15 mins to downtown Charleston and less than 30 mins to get to several different beaches. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Charleston that wants a cozy, quiet airbnb :)

Martin and Anyapat were great hosts, we were able to get in a bit early which was very nice. This was our second stay with Martin and Anyapat and I would highly recommend this place, convenient, clean, comfortable and the little outdoor seating area was perfect for us, no one will be disappointed.

John’s place on James Island was perfect! The location was ideal—close to everything in Charleston. The space was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. John was super responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in Summerville was wonderful. I loved being able to walk out our door to take a walk downtown or to the park. It was such a restful weekend away.

this lil cabin is amazing. kitchen well stocked, beautiful patio. even the fire pit was setup, ready to light it up. great breakfast selection. I highly recommend this cabin

We do a "guys" boating trip to the Carolinas every year. This was the best one ever. The lake has tons of islands with sandy beachs. We also had no problem parking a 42ft long boat trailer. The guest house is above the garage and very well set up. Looks like brand new! We met Art when we arrived and he showed us around. He also told us to call if we needed anything. We sat on the deck and grilled every night. Boat dock was great to tie up to and also has a large upper deck with chairs to sit at. We will be back next year!
