As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

This condo was wonderful, and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach, but after a long day in the sun, the walk back felt exhausting. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach chairs—they made our beach trips so much easier!

I loved everything about this beautiful property, they have everything that you need , it’s very kid friendly, looks just like the pictures and I love that this house is rooted in God !

This is the second time I stayed at Samantha’s place, and I would happily stay again and again! The home is very cozy and clean and easy to get to many restaurants and locations nearby. She is a great host and I’m so glad my family and I got to enjoy staying here twice now! Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Seabrook Island! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Lecian was a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and attentive. She promptly answered all our questions and made communication a breeze. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome gesture: a snack basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived—such a pleasant surprise! We had planned to grill one evening but noticed the gas tank was nearly empty. Lecian wasted no time and had a replacement tank delivered the very same day. She also graciously offered us a late checkout on our departure day, which was very much appreciated. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Beach Club. We enjoyed taking the provided bicycles on a quick five-minute ride to the club to relax by the pool and dine at Pelicans Nest. Can't wait to return!

We had a great week! Beautiful view, spacious condo and very comfortable! The kids loved the pool and lake access both within walking distance. We also enjoyed paddle boarding and nearby hikes! Definitely recommend- we will be back.

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

We had a very short but relaxing stay at Kathy’s place. We enjoyed how quiet and private yet walkable it is to some food options and morning coffee. Loved riding around on a golf cart exploring the island and meeting its beautiful deer everywhere! We definitely will be back!

We had the most incredible time staying at Corrie’s place in Folly Beach for our moms getaway girls trip! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, fun bars and restaurants, and a super cool 24/7 market. The house itself is a dream—spacious, luxurious, and designed with the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor lounge areas to relax and connect. The hot tub and pool were absolutely next level. Corrie was a fantastic host, and everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re considering booking—stop looking and just do it!!!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We just spent a week here for an extended family vacation, and what a wonderful trip! The property is on a quiet part of the Lake of Marion and about 15-20 minutes from most restaurants or stores. The pool and the screened-in porch area were our favorites and where we spent most of the week. My kids loved kayaking and fishing off the dock in the mornings before jumping into the pool to spend most of the day. I would definitely advise going grocery shopping and planning a lot of your meals at the house. As mentioned, it’s pretty isolated, and a lot of the places close have limited hours. For food options, I would suggest Fayz on the Lake, Summerton Diner, D&H BBQ, and Thommy Mac’s. The house was wonderful and easily enough room for nine people. Stuart was a great host and provided everything we needed and gave us good local recommendations

We spent almost a week in the condo. Everything was perfect. There were so many fun things about the room, including games, beach chairs, a guest book and more. We had enough clean towels and supplies to last the whole trip for 5 of us. We didn’t cook in our room but everything is there if you wanted to do so. The location is convenient with the beach just steps away and a short walk to the boardwalk. The hotel was quiet, we didn’t hear any neighbors at all. We are sad to be leaving. My only very small complaint is that the fold out sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. Thankfully, there was only 1 person in our group sleeping in that room so we were able to sleep on it as a couch. If we come back to Myrtle Beach we would definitely stay here again!

The unit was ideal, facing the ocean and a short boardwalk stroll to the beach! The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet at night. We quickly felt at home and had everything we needed! Dorothy was easy to communicate with and her directions perfectly clear. The beach bar is steps away and perfect for a simple lunch by the pool. Once leaving the resort, the array of amazing restaurants within a short 5-10 minute drive was more than we expected! As per our note to Dorothy when we left, we will absolutely be back on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

If you are going to Myrtle Beach definitely a great rental for two. The room is well decorated, clean, with a beautiful ocean view.

Exceptional host. There are cats walking around property which made me raise an eyebrow but during stay they added to the charm! We maybe saw 5 different cats while there so not many at all. David was always responsive and checking in and answered our questions immediately. Will stay again on his properties. The beach was our backyard and perfect for our very young grandkids. Property has been featured on HGTV in past years.

We recently stayed in your renovated unit and found it offered plenty of space for our family of four. We did experience some initial confusion with the check-in process, as the resort has two main towers. We checked in at one tower but then had to drive to the other to unload our belongings. Additionally, parking for the first tower is located across the street, and gate access requires a card. We did appreciate the unit itself, especially the provided filtered water and the old-school Nintendo, which was a fun addition for the family. The beach buggy was also a great help for transporting our gear to the ocean. The beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. We felt it was very safe with lifeguards on duty, and the option to rent chairs from the city or bring your own was convenient. We also noted that the neighborhood adjacent to the resort appeared to be quite upscale. Overall, we had a really nice stay, and we appreciated Andrew's excellent communication.

My husband and I loved staying here. Very easy to access, clean and cozy. Great location (close to great restaurants) and the view is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. We would definitely stay again!
