Highly recommended. better than expected for the price. newly upgraded. lots of space. modern and cosy. fabulous breakfast. a lot of effort has been put into the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was beautiful and perfect. You cannot beat the sunset views of Arran. We have family in the area and Arthur’s place will be where we want to stay every time we come to visit the area. Side note, the pub/restaurant was really good!!

I’d stay here a hundred more times. Janet was a terrific host before, during and after my stay. What a treat!!!

One of the most beautiful apartments I've ever booked. Wonderful view, gorgeous furnishings and a real feel of quality, like a country house. We had such a relaxing time, and our dog didn't want to leave! Would love to stay again for longer.

has all you need and right in the town centre. flat is very clean and well presented. beds were comfy and it was extremely clean. excellent communication from kerry and gave her number incase we needed to get in touch.

This is a very well renovated and high quality flat in a prime location in Troon. We spent two weeks there and it was perfect to work from due to excellent WiFi and as a central location for visiting family around Ayrshire. We were visiting from Australia and the flat became a real home from home. Owners were really flexible and we are really thankful for their help and responsiveness on what was a short notice booking. As and when we come back to Scotland, this will be our first pick for accomodation.

The home has upgraded appliances, immaculately decorated. Extremely walkable to Train station, town center. A ten minute walk to Troon Links. Three unique and different golf courses at one property. In 1962 Jack Nicholas qualified for the open here with a 62. Royal Troon is another ten minute walk. A golfers dream. The home is central to everything you could possibly desire. If you like to cook the home is fully supplied with everything that you will need to test ur gourmet skills. Steve's place is perfect in so many ways, we might stay an extra week. IT FEELS LIKE HOME!!!

Lovely place and situated great for Troon

My partner and I had a lovely, relaxing stay. 2 seconds away from the beach & a lovely children’s park & no more than a 5 minute walk from the town. It’s a perfect space for two people and we had everything we needed.

Fabulous Easter break at John & family's beautiful apartment on the stunning Ayrshire coastal town of Girvan! The location was ideal & the little personal touches greatly appreciated! Fabulous!

The apartment is very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The hostess responded quickly to messages and gave good tips. In Troon, there are many nice cafes and restaurants and everything is within walking distance. We can recommend the property.

Good standard of accomodation, well located on the Island with beautiful views. Friendly, accommodating host wit clear communication and quick responses to queries. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Kinneil.

Great stay in a lovely place. The flat was immaculate and smelled really good! The location was excellent and it was lovely and warm. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking at home but the area is equally great for eating out. Super handy for the beach and right in the town centre. The only thing I would say is that as I'm pregnant, the bed was a wee bit snug and the lock on the door could be more secure. Make sure to plan ahead as parking is limited to 2 hours free. We managed to book a space on Just Park so we didn't need to keep moving the car, but Grant also did offer to let us park at his home. Really lovely place to stay, looks better than the pictures, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great value for money. Good location, easy to get to shops, pubs etc and perfect location for ferry port. Very roomy.

Perfect little spot for a quick overnight after a long day of travel. The Treehouse across the street had some amazing food and we had a restful stay.

Quite simply this is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed ❤️ The location was right on the seafront with a beautiful view overlooking the sea 🌊 the house was warm and comfortable and there was absolutely loads of space 🤗 It had all the essentials such as shower, kitchen, washing machine, cooker, and also a nice big tv and comfy sofa too 🤗 The hosts were absolutely lovely and really friendly as soon as I arrived 🤗 they gave me lots of recommendations on the local area and good spots to go running and it was very nice to chat in the garden with them 🤗 I didn’t really want to leave and definitely hope to return again one day 😝 Jamie 😋

Lovely place with fab sunset views & great beach walks. Nice to meet David & Una. Lovely touches like biscuits, tea, coffee & sugar sachets as well as some other essentials like salt, pepper, oil and cling film. Very clean. The pristine kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc., but a few more plates would be useful to save using the dishwasher as often or having to wash by hand in between meals. Aware of no WiFi when booking and didn't think this would be a problem as we have plenty of data, but the 4g signal isn't great, so more of an issue than expected - would be great if apartment had WiFi.

This was my second stay. The location is very convenient, with the airport, subway station, and bus stops all nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I would love to stay here again in the future.
