Composed of 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 living room (kitchen and living room with sofa bed), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet; it is perfect for 2 to 4 people. Ocean and canal view apartment. Beautiful refurbished accommodation. You will appreciate its bright living space with modern kitchen, equipped and open to the living room. The independent bedroom has access to a balcony with sea view. Separate bathroom and toilet. Linens and towels set up on arrival. This family accommodation has private and secure parking. The balcony on the Courant side is closed for work but the balcony on the ocean side remains accessible.

It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.

Relax in this quiet and cozy studio located above our house in Soustons, equipped with all modern comforts. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.
