We had a great stay at the resort. The wrist bands made it really easy to come and go and we received discounts at restaurants in the area for staying with Wolrdmark. Our Concierge Anthony was so friendly and informative. Would definitely return!

Enjoyed our time at the condo. Plenty of space for all of us. Felt like home. Was able to get early check in which was much appreciated. Close to everything in Santa Rosa and wine country area. My daughter enjoyed the pool. Appreciated having coffee maker and fridge.

Our stay was pleasant. The unit was clean, and our host was very responsive. The reception desk at the condo was helpful and they answered requests for more towels and toilet paper efficiently. Overall it was a good stay for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with basic cooking tools. There were 3 downsides to this stay: (1) We did not expect to have to listen to a long spiel from the staff about buying a time share. They set it up so that you have to listen to it when you pick up your parking pass. (2) The knobs on the electric flattop range were all rubbed off. It was very hard to see when we were cooking and food either took forever or burned, because we couldn't tell which way to turn for hi or low. (3) The knives in the kitchen were really really dull. I had to use my pocket knife to cut veggies and other things we were eating instead.

Second stay at Windsor. Convenient, amenities were great and front desk immediate response to a mechanical issue. Everyone very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent customer service at the property. The unit was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Windsor is a great little town with lots of dining options. Fred was very responsive through the process. Would definitely return.

Fred was very quick to respond to any questions and the studio was very spacious, including way more than you’d get at a hotel (washer/dryer, full kitchen, and living area). Extremely easy check-in at the resort, and they even allowed us to arrive a couple hours early. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. Just enough space for my family of 7 with fantastic leisure facilities on site. Pool, bball, vball, shuffleboard, lounge. Will definitely return again in the future!

It was a wonderful stay and it was right where we wanted to be. It is a Time Share Condo, but well done and a great value. The only negative is you have to pay for Wi-Fi if you would like to have it. It was not necessary and I would definitely stay with Ligia again. The place was clean and well maintained, the pool and spa were clean and ready to use. parking was close to the condo. The beds were comfortable and we had a BBQ on the deck of the condo.

Gina was always very responsive and had communicated our needs to the resort ahead of time. I would definitely book with Gina again! we enjoyed our time at the resort, we only had one problem and it was resolved very quickly, tho no fault of Gina's at all!! Our A/C wasn't cooling properly, I spoke with the front desk and within 10 minutes a maintenance worker was there and had our air fixed and cooling nicely before we got back from dinner! The pool and hot tub area was really nice and we really enjoyed it every evening after walking around in san francisco! Thanks Gina for being a great host!!!!

This location is in the heart of wine country it’s a perfect setting to a little getaway as well as close to the stores and other local places around the area. The place is very well kept beautiful property to take a stroll and take in all the beautiful trees and scenery. The condo was very spacious and clean. The amenities are amazing. It also had a BBQ and a back patio. Thank you again and I will be booking with you again.

At check-in they tried to sell timeshare. We had a busy schedule, so did not attend a session.

Great place to stay! It fit my family perfectly. It was clean, close to a lot of great places to eat, and helped ease our stress after being evacuated from our home due to the Kincade fire.

The condo is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which had all the essential kitchen appliances and dishware. The resort has all the amenities of a hotel to make your stay comfortable.
