Loved our stay at the cozy in-law in the heart of Penngrove. Easy to find, private, and perfect for a weekend getaway while visiting for a graduation. The space had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again, thank you very much!

I had such a wonderful time here! The studio is a lot bigger than the pictures make it out to be and there’s plenty of outdoor space too! I had everything I needed inside! I’d happily make another reservation again sometime!

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Convenient to town but located in a quiet rural area. Would definitely stay again if I come back to Sebastopol. I visited on a hot weekend and having the windows open without AC worked out fine.

We only stayed for one night, but Nancy was very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy, the entrance/garden is very beautiful and serene, and the unit is very comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. Also only a 5 minute drive to downtown, so very convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Marilyn's place is perfect! Anything I would have wanted or needed (or didn't think to bring) was included with so many special, thoughtful, and unexpected touches. The room is beautiful. The bed and bedding very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The entire space is so charming, comfortable, cozy and clean. The decor, the towels and special soaps, the handwritten notes and amenities are all very special. The room opens to a lovely garden where I sat out and enjoyed my morning coffee or could relax on a lounger. And the location is excellent and walkable to historic downtown Petaluma. I was happy to get to meet Marilyn who is so nice and welcoming and had been so helpful and informative from my first contact. Thank you Marilyn for providing a magical and memorable stay and for sharing your special place with us. I can't wait to return.

Jeri's place is amazing and exactly as described, but in some ways better since you get to meet Jeri. Complete privacy, it's super dark and a stone's throw from Point Reyes. Bed was comfortable, good internet even with spotty cell service in the Point Reyes area. Jeri's communications were great even with a PG&E issue. I'd highly recommend and we're already looking at weekends to be back. And yes, I've stayed in many places in Marin and Sonoma county and Point Reyes might be my favorite and Jeri's place was great!

Lovely and peaceful historic home, that served as our base camp for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. Super friendly hosts, adorable chickens and a magical garden deck with fire pit was a major plus!

10/10, would absolutely return. Their beautiful home gave us the rest and relaxation we needed. Beyond the description, there are many thoughtful touches in this space that demonstrate the hosts have thought of everything needed to use the space well. We enjoyed morning coffee, evenings outside at the fire pit, time in the hot tub, and very restful evenings. Exploring the surrounding areas and finding incredible restaurants with fresh, local ingredients was another wonderful part of the trip.

The place was a little small for my size, im 6'4. Overall, it was quiet and cozy. Nice size TV, a little outdated, but I enjoyed my time there. I would recommend anyone to stay here 👍🏾

Charming studio that makes you feel right at home, with enough privacy and everything you could need during your stay if you're eating out. Elaine's place is very peaceful and a great location for enjoying Sonoma area and the local wine country. Enjoyed our conversation with Elaine as she met us when we arrived. Nice to have the Jack London Saloon and market within short walking distance. Enjoyed the live music at the saloon. Would definitely stay again when visiting the Sonoma area.

The place and the area was quiet restful and a great place to stay. Rental matched the pictures and the description. We were happy to meet Shaye, and our only regret was only being able to stay one night without the opportunity to try out the hot tub and the hiking. I will try to return some time in the future.

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. It was perfectly located for the parts of Marin and Sonoma counties that I was visiting, and Victoria is a thoughtful, responsive host.

Mary's suite is nestled among a few other small homes on a quiet street overlooking the Russian River. We were there mid-week and it was peaceful and very little road noise. Hiway 1 runs just below the suite which is located on the side of a small hill adjacent to the road. Parking for our mid-size SUV was adequate but it does require a 3-4 part turnaround to reverse direction on the narrow, steep street. The bed is firm and comfortable. The "kitchen" is functional for eating pre-prepared food and re-heating in the microwave. The freezer does not work but the small refrigerator does. Access to multiple coastal locations is fantastic. There are many dramatic beaches and some longer beaches for walking on. Up Hiway 116 in Duncan Mills there are many hiking trails found on AllTrails app. Food choices are limited, especially for vegans. Cafe Aquatica is very good but only open 8 AM - 4PM. Their coffee and avocado toast are great. They also bake fresh pastries and scones each morning.

We had a great stay the suite was really clean and comfy. It was definitely worth the price and the pool look stunning. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow for a swim but we would’ve loved to take a dip. The pets of the property were so cute and very friendly. We had a great stay definitely recommend.

This place and the view were as described. The view was absolutely beautiful to enjoy during the day and at night. It was just 2 of us and a toddler for one night, but it would be a great value for a larger group for a longer stay! The location was also fantastic.

My experience staying with James and Laurie was so positive, I almost hesitate to say so, knowing their beautiful place might not be available next time I wish to stay there again! The lovely garden setting, with the sound of running water, as well as the peace, privacy, and serenity of the setting and apartment exceeded my expectations! The apartment is exceptionally well appointed with tasteful furnishings and decor, and the bed and bedding so comfortable. James and Laurie were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly! I could not have felt more welcome and at home, and I hope to stay with them again soon!

Absolutely loved staying here, it’s so peaceful and close to the shops and all the things we needed. This place was thoughtfully put together and Liza is such an amazing host, friendly and communicative, we felt right at home.

Jane , Bill and Alfie the Wonder Pup are cordial and lovely.. The space was comfortable, private, quiet and well appointed. Great shower water pressure and a comfortable bed. The neighborhood is relaxed, close to the center of Sonoma and convenient for travels elsewhere.

Natalie’s home was perfect for our family’s stay during our California adventure! Very relaxing and plenty of room to spread out. We slept well in the comfy beds. Lovely little patio out back to enjoy coffee. If we are ever in the area again, we will look up Natalie’s place again!!!
