There's a million dollar view of the Petaluma Valley - best seen from the hot tub - only steps from the French doors of the master bedroom. You can roam around our beautiful two acres which have been planted and landscaped along Permaculture principles. Feel free to pick from the fruit trees! Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Sonoma are only short rides away.

Idyllic, private wine country getaway with 4 acres of Merlot vineyards in the heart of Alexander Valley. Minutes to downtown Healdsburg & Geyserville. Serene fenced-in backyard with hot tub, Bocce court, organic veggie garden, fire pit, ping pong, and fruit trees. The home has one en-suite queen bedroom, plus a 2nd queen bedroom with door to the covered deck and adjoining full bathroom. Upstairs loft/workspace/home theater has fold-out couch plus trundle adding two additional twin beds.

Hilltop Haven 🌅 view & hot tub

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Bicycle Alley Cottage

Clean, cozy and comfy. 98% walk factor. Close to shops, restaurants, brewery and live music. While the cottage is private and peaceful, it’s close to art, many culinary choices and fun entertainment. We do not have central a/c or heat. Summer: window ac cools the house. Winter: each bedroom has baseboard heaters controlled by a wall knob. Other rooms are kept warm with very new space heaters. The cottage warms up quickly. PLZ DO NOT TURN ON THE POT BELLY STOVE. it’s inoperable! Thx u!
