We had a fabulous stay at Irene's place. The home had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay during the holiday season. The house was exceptionally well prepared for our visit. Irene made sure we had ample space for all of our belongings in all bedrooms and closets for our week-long stay. We love to cook, so the kitchen was spectacular. It had everything we could imagine for making wonderful family meals. The living areas were very comfortable and spacious. Having a wood-burning fireplace with snow on the ground outside made for cozy evenings. The home was beautifully lit with holiday lights, and we very much enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Irene was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. We highly recommend Irene's place and will hope to stay there again on a future trip to Massachusetts.

The home is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the site, located on a very quiet street in a wooded area. Very clean, with access to a whole array of kitchenware and other items around the house. Excellent, detailed set of instructions for the home with info on TV controls, gaming system, thermostat control, local recommendations, and departure instructions. This would be an amazing house to stay with small children, as there is a fun playroom with toys in the basement and a great backyard. It's about 45 minutes to Boston without traffic, and about 1 1/4 hours at peak times, so plan accordingly if you are planning travel to downtown Boston. Great local ice cream place just down the street and local shopping about 10 minutes away.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. We had a great time staying in Weymouth, (June 2025). Shortly after our arrival, the host came over to welcome us and show us the place, which is accurate to the listing photos. He gave us some local recommendations. (Take the ferry to Boston!) The house was well stocked with kitchen plates/utensils, blankets/towels, etc. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub, playing pool, board games in the dining room, etc. It was a great place for my family to chill out after the busy days in Boston, Salem, etc. The beds were very comfy memory foam style. Lots of places to relax watching boats on the river and amazing sunsets. My family loved the house and we would stay there again.
