Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sollentuna Municipality

My parents, sister, brother in law and my two nephews came to visit me in Stockholm. We booked this house as we could not all fit in my apartment. The house was very beautiful, in a very nice and quite neighbourhood. There are a couple of big supermarkets just ~10min walking distance from the house. The train station is just a couple of minutes away, and the train takes you to the city center in ~18min. Even though it's close to the station, there is no noise from the trains. The house itself is very comfortable and has everything you might need. Ulf was very kind and helpful. All in all, a very pleasant stay, I would recommend it for sure. It is super worth it, and the price is also very good.

Everything is fine ! The house is super high quality and newly equipped. We didn't miss anything and the kids enjoyed the pool very much.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious – perfect for our family of six. It had everything we needed, and the location was very central in Kista, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. He even gave us extra time for check-out, allowing us to stay until 5:00 PM instead of the regular check-out time – which we really appreciated! Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Highly recommended for families and all types of travelers!

Wonderful stay with family. Very nice house, very well-equipped. It's so good that we don't want to leave😁. Well located not too far from Stockholm by train or car. Very good communication, Marie is a very nice and responsive person if needed. I recommend it 100%.

I was coming to Stockholm because I was going to see Taylor's concert, because of the flight delay, I was later than I expected, and the key box for the room was broken, so I also met with Serkan, he was very friendly and respectful to me, left after a brief introduction to the room, he didn't even come inside the house, just at the door.This was my first time traveling alone and Serkan's approach made me feel at ease.It was quite late to come back after watching the concert the next day, and it was a little scary to walk the night road alone, but the neighborhood was beyond the tranquility and peace that I thought touched me again, and I never felt that lighthearted and free.And the bed in the room is also very comfortable, and I slept well.I really enjoyed my two days renting here.If there was a chance I would definitely come again, thank you to the Serkan family for being accommodating, friendly and respectful, I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great week at the apartment! For 2 people, we thought it was excellent. For 4, perhaps a little small. We both slept very well! The bed is comfortable and provided sufficient support to both of us despite the fact that there is a considerable difference in weight. There are 4 single duvets, which may be less pleasant for couples. We did cover the windows in the bedroom so that it was not so bright, the current curtains are a bit thin in our opinion. The kitchen is fine, most of it is present and when I needed something there was a quick and helpful response. Yes, the bathroom is not large, the drain works fine, only the floor gets wet, but that is not a big problem in my eyes. The area is beautiful and walking along the water is definitely recommended. Station and supermarket is about 15 minutes walking distance. A 30-minute walk is the start of a National Park, which is definitely worth it!

Miriam and her son are very kind and friendly. They waited for us for a long time since we had some accident happened on the way to her place. Her son picked us up from the metro’s station which means a lot to us. The apartment is new and clean. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay in Stockholm! Next door to the T stop at Karlaplan. Grocery right next door. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Excellent amenities like washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, etc. Apple Maps led us astray, bur tut time we found the building it was easy. Frida responded immediately when I messaged about not finding the apartment and then we were all set! Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay and cool offbeat location by the waterside and marina. Felt very welcome. Friendly hosts. Good access to the metro with frequent departures to central Stockholm. Slightly noisy from 1st floor and highway, but only with the windows open.

We immediately felt at home at Angelica's. We are far from the impersonal AirBNB: and for good reason, Angelica rents her own apartment when she is away. The warm atmosphere with the many plants, the top equipment and the location close to the metro and 2 steps from the big parks (ideal for the Stockholm Ecotrail) made us feel comfortable: a beautiful experience in a cozy place!

The occasional activity in the courtyard from the restaurant nearby, that was clearly mentioned in the description, was very limited and not a problem at all. The place is generally quiet, ideally located and very close to public transport. Very nice restaurants, cafés and bars around. We stumbled on a Viking pub not far, where musicians played middle age ballads - impressive. (Be aware that Stockholm is generally not a cheap place for doing anything, though.)

Hanna & Anita's place was the perfect, cozy stay for our one week stay in Stockholm. They thought of everything to make the place feel like home, from the extra towels to coffee and tea; towels to sit on in the sauna and a clothes line inside the sauna. Anita went above and beyond during our stay. One example: After a long day of travel, we couldn't wait to relax. When we arrived to the place, it was warm and nicely lit. The sauna quickly warmed us up. If you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable place that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close by, we recommend Anita and Hanna's place. Tak :)
