With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Family friendly area. New production from May 2021, we are the first to stay in the apartment. Located in fine Mariehäll, Sundbyberg. The apartment is located on the 1st of 12 floors. Quiet and lovely area close to nature and shops. The apartment is light and with an open layout. In the apartment there is both dishwasher and washing machine. 15 min walk to Bromma blocks and Bromma airport. There is a laundry room in the house and there is a storage room in the apartment.
